Wow. Gotta finish reading the manga quickly before that new one will start. "So many fake people. Sometimes it seems like the only person you can trust, is yourself." |

So now we have a live action movie, two new OVAs, and a new manga series. What's up with all the new Kenshin this year? |

I'm just on the look out for a new anime series. Seriously, I do not see the need for a new Kenshin manga as it ended well and happily, I would hate to see our characters thrown into something that will ruin their nice little ending. However, that being said, if the series isn't about Kenshin and it's a side character or something, I'll be ticked. While I prefer the ending remain the way it was, I am and will always be a Kenshin fan and part of me looks forward to seeing him in action again. I'll be reading. |

VongolaXEspada said: Well, I guess you can make a sequel, I just don't really see a point in it. Yes, Kenshin was really popular back then, but it has a nice ending and it's been so many years since Kenshin was finished, so why another manga (possibly a sequel) now? o.O It reminds me of the latest OVA: a new Kenshin anime was announced, everyone was hoping for a new TV-series and in the end it was just yet another OVA. XD Talking about a bummer, I can totally see that comming here with the manga as well. ![]() |

AJDHKJAHDKAHDSLJlLLD I'm ridiculously happy, but slightly wary. Kenshin was absolutely brilliant as it was, and I trust Watsuki enough to know not to ruin the masterpiece that he created. But yeah, what could it be about though? A sequel might be forcing it. A prequel - we practically know all of Kenshin's past. Side stories? If it's not about Kenshin it shouldn't be called Kenshin anymore. AU Kenshin? That's just silly. Oh I don't know. Please make it awesome, Watsuki. |
