How would you use 10 billion yen to change the world?

ever since i've watched through the series, i've always wondered what kind of approach others would take to make a "better world". Although a "better world" is subjective to the individual, we all do have our opinions. so let's assume you've been recruited a Selecao.... what do you do? besides getting a pack of your favorite plum bubblegum, that is.

i've only thought of the question, not yet the means with how i would change the world.... i'll consider it and post once i've come up with something.

Through Violence and Sheer force
or
Through helping the underachievers succeed so that society in general is not restricted by them

Have thought through how to do this but its too long to say here '_'
