I don't know if these were one shot manga, but I read a couple shorts a looong time ago and I can't remember the names of any of them. It was really bugging me recently, so I was wondering if any of these stories sounded familiar to anyone... 1. A really cute story of a young boy in love with a girl. In the end you find out he's actually a puppy. 2. There was a mountainside with people-shaped holes and people were drawn to enter them, but they narrowed and squeezed people into these weird squiggly things. 3. A man in a panda suit falls in love with a girl, but he dies before their date in a car accident I think. There's something about him coming back as a ghost panda suit, but I can't remember too much of the details on this one. |

The third story sounds sort of like Pom the Panda? |

That would be The Enigma of Amigara Fault, which this site only foolishly lists under another of Junji Ito's mangas, Gyo. I actually featured it as a one-shot of the week at some point. |

Yes! Just looked them up and those are both right. Thank goodness they're actually written one-shots. I was beginning to think I was just making them up in my head. Cool, thanks guys! It was really bugging me that I couldn't remember them. Now if I can only find the third one... |
