I kind of like to think they would've adopted and given a family to another kid who has none after watching Rentin's struggles in the search for parental figures.

No actually, the kid is a guy presumably Eureka & Renton's son. Ao is his story.
I admit that his outfit is similar to Eureka's of episode 26, but its definitely not the same. Its like he's wearing something like Eureka's blue shirt (in sweater form) and Renton's jean capris.

I am so excited for this though; I went nuts when I heard the news!

Anyway, I enjoyed E7 so I'll be watching this for sure. I'm just hoping for a Dominic/Anemone kid. Those two were easily my favourite thing about E7.

It's really one of those anime that are part of one's anime foundation (if that makes any sense...). It's really worth watching and I'll always remember it as one of my first (and favorite) anime. So... Yes! It's about time you watch it :)

As for the new manga/anime sequels, though it's true I think they're milking the series, I can't really complain!

Finally, another Eureka Seven anime.

Going based off the fact its a sequel, it is after psalms of planets. and people are saying Ao is Eureka's and Renton's son, on the manga cover, its seem there is an older sister that looks like Renton, or it could be Gigit's and Moon Doggie's who dresses like Renton, who knows. Hopefully we see Renton and Eureka in the series, but it seems like they die seeing how Ao has the Nirvash TypeZERO, but maybe we will see Maurice, Maeter, Linck, or maybe even Talho's kid. We might even Renton and Eureka in the place where "Renton met his sis and dad again" (can someone tell me what its called)
I am sooo ready for this
