Amazing episode. Loved from the start of seeing Taiga cook till the end, jumping around happy, being hilarious in the following spoiler and just seeing Taiga was emotional. Furthermore Taiga x Ryuuji in the following,

Oh dear the emotions are kicking in more than before.

Not to mention Taiga in the following,

Because of that face I think I burned a cell somewhere due to the over 9000 going gaga in the MOE. That face was splendid! Marvellous! I loved it! Seeing all this episode was emotionally challenging because I did not see the series for so long and the characters.

Comedy was great! For the OP they used an alternate version of the OP1 and I love that version so it was quite sounding lovely to me. ED is Vanilla as ED1 from original series with added content IMO. I am a little bit nostalgic now over all this. Been forever. I am going to see this again in BD quality and I will leave it at wishing to have more time to re-watch the whole series on BD. Taiga is the best! I will leave at that with more later (I should try to give out some graphics for the club of this). Final score? 10/10 don't ask it is just that much worth to me.

Discuss how emotional and happy were you of seeing this all over again scrunched up in an episode. Did emotions burst out suddenly like me?

you know back then I did not even know how to take shots of a part of an episode. Now, just glad I did some of Taiga because I always wanted to do something new of her and this episode did it! Hope you like them.

Great episode! Full of comedy just like in the original series. Taiga makes such the cutest faces.


I laughed so hard at this.

Very good OVA really got me emotional since Toradora was the first anime i saw after i stop watching anime for some time,the story,the comedy,the drama made remember why i loved anime and here i am.

Now about the OVA it was funny as hell,seeing the "gang" really got me emotional,Kitamura is so funny as always and the faces were amazing and Taiga it overload me with cuteness.
Without doubt i will watch Toradora! again as soon as i can,specially since i didnt remeber how CUTE and MOE Taiga is!!

More after i watch it in better quality and in subs.

I just saw from streaming site that it's one of the stories from "spin-off".

This OVA must be a bad joke. That's really not what I´m waiting for...

In itself it wasn't bad... but I definitely expected something else... something greater.

hadena subs are out! This is the anime that got me back into the anime world. This is a fun episode and it shows can ryuuji can be extremely scary and obsessive. I like how Taiga knows ryuuji so well that she made lunch when he self destruct.

So was the ending scene mean't to take place after the last episode ? When Ryuuji and Taiga are a couple?

I believe its met to be ambiguous so the viewers can decide. It "seems" like it can take place after the series.

Loved the episode from start to finish. The art was surprisingly consistent with the TV show considering how long it's been since the series which I'm happy about, as well as the voice acting and character interactions. Minorin was hilarious, Taiga was a bit less tsun than usual and ryuuji was his usual housewifey competitive self. all in all, a really good ova

Yea, I feel like it could take place some time in between or after the series, but judging from Taiga's and Ryuuji's actions and how Kitamura and Ami sorta forced them to feed each other; after the series makes more sense.

It might also have taken place after Taiga left the school for a while to sort things out with her family and before the end scene where she comes back and headbutts Ryuji. I'm sure they were still meeting each other during that time.

Anyhow great OVA, 5/5. If only all the Rie animes could be like this.

Toradora! was one of my first romance anime I ever watched and I've always been a huge fan of the series (as you can tell), so I was very excited to watch this special! Overall I thought it was a bit random, but this special reminded me how much I missed Toradora! Taiga was just so cute at the end... so nostalgic... <3 -o-

Watching ToraDora, my favorite anime ever, after such a long time... I've rewatched it a couple times, but seeing new content felt even better... So heartwarming...
I'm speechless. 10/10.

They just don't make romantic comedies like this anymore... /sigh

I really missed the characters its been year since i last watched toradora.
