Winter, 1943

In a small town in northern France the buildings were reduced to rubble, forcing out the residents. It seems deserted but in a half destroyed theater a puff of smoke rose from a cigarette. The female soldier sat there, her waist wrapped in bandages. She had been shot by enemy forces but was able to get away. However she lost track of her squad and there was no way to find them since she last some of her gear and was only left with her rifle, hand gun, a knife, medical kit, a small ration and a water canteen.

She knew she shouldn't smoke. It would give away her position but she didn't care. She knew her wound was going to kill her way before anyone would find her. She looked up at the exposed sky to see it was starting to snow.

"Just perfect" she said to herself as she laid back and slowly dozed off, ready for death.

Alyssa was a german medic one of the finest, she hated the ongoing war and was determined to do anything she could to help the poor people who got injured in the battles.
It was that night when she had snuck out her camp to have a check around the town they had just attacked incase of any survivors she could help it was then she saw the smoke by the theater and ran over "hello is someone hurt over there"she said unable to come to any other conclusion someone would be there

Charlotte heard someone speaking in german. She readied her handgun then when the footsteps got close enough she spung out and pointed her weapon. "Don't move" she shouted in german.

Alyssa froze as she felt the gun against her "dont shoot im unarmed"she said quickly "im here to help the injured"she said

"Bull. You're just trying to catch me off guard." Charlotte said as she started walking over but then just stopped. she fell to her knees as her wound began to bleed through her bandages.

Alyssa saw charlotte fall and quickly dropped down besides her instantly inspecting the wound as she undone the bandage "this is bad"she said

Charlotte pushed Alyssa away "Don't touch me you nazi scum!!!!" she yelled then the door was kicked in and a squad of german soldiers came in, guns drawn

"I knew it!!!" she said then tried to move but couldn't. The officer walked up and whacked Charlotte with the butt of her own rifle. Charlotte was knocked out cold.

"You, get back to the camp" he ordered Alyssa then two soldiers picked Charlotte up and dragged her out.

Alyssa was shocked at Charlottes response but stepped back "you need my....."she screamed as the door crashed open and she shouts trying to stop the soldiers "stop she needs help"she said

"Be quiet" the officer said "She is an enemy" he said "We will do away with her after we have some fun" he smirked "Now get back to camp" he ordered.

Alyssa shock her head "i dont care she is injured and needs help now leave her alone"she demands

The officer walks up and slaps Alyssa hard "How dare you talk to me like that" he shouted then the other soldiers grabbed Alyssa and took her away. Charlotte was put in a cell. The only medical attention she got was her bandages were redressed.

Alyssa screamed as she was grabbed and draggd away

Charlotte came to see that she was locked up. She just laid there and wait for whatever was coming to her.

After a couple of hours Alyssa snuck down to the cells and bribed the gaurd to let her in with her medicle gear

Charlottle was asleep again, her breathing was labored.

Alyssa instantly dropped to her knees and began to wash Charlotte's wound

Charlotte was sweating and breathing hard as her wound was treated.

Once Alyssa was finished she got up and left the room planing on returning soon

Charlotte stayed asleep and looked like she was not going to get up anytime soon.

Alyssa spent the rest of the day in her surgery seeing to other patients
