Birdway is officially on my list of crazy lolis, if only as a borderline one for her extremist actions. Also, I couldn't help but laugh out loud at Accelerator's reaction to learning about the bomb.

I have to wonder what's with all the notations for each section header that details what camera is recording things. It made sense in the scene in the prologue with the president and the mom and girl, but otherwise . . .

I fucking love the president.

This should get its own spin-off Manga <_<

So now we have a new brown girl who seems to be like Caster and Ryuunosuke in their liking for remodeling humans. Ugh.
And Birdway is kind of like Kiritsugu with that last statement about not being on side of justice and that she will use any method to defeat the enemy, even using Kamijou and breaking up Academy City.
Last but not least, the President Roberto is a real bro and a good talker as well like Rider.
Wow.
And I agree with the afterword, this volume was really a pain to read coz of the abundance of characters.
But things got really interesting there.
