 According to the official website, publisher Seikaisha has announced a tabletop RPG session "Red Dragon" played by popular light novel authors. The replays will be serialized in the official website from January 2012. The game master Sanda Makoto tweeted that he and other staff have prepared one thousand pages of the scenario and two hundred illustrations for one year to let the five authors enjoy the six-day session. Urobuchi's character: Kind of Asian-looking sword and cape thing Shimadoriru: I don't even know who that is. Narita's character: Why am I not surprised that he's revealing nothing but a very quirky picture? Kougyoku's character: Another creator I know nothing about but...it's a kind of awkward character. Maybe I think that because I'm a girl... |

I'm barely interested in Nasu and I couldn't begin to care about the two no-names and their characters, but I just can't imagine Narita and Urobochi getting together and producing anything but solid fucking gold. I hope I can get something out of this with roughly zero table-top RPG knowledge. EDIT: Turns out Kougyoku Izuki wrote a LN I've been meaning to read. As long as her character's more interesting on the inside than the outside, I should have more to look forward to now. |

| Gen, Nasu and Narita around a table, roleplaying? I do think the universe just imploded on itself. Being an avid tabletop guy too, this is some pretty epic news to me. This is to hoping their campaign bears a lot of good fruit. Can't wait to see the results! |
