I've just finished watching the English dub and, while it pretty well made, I can't help but wonder why they tried changing Ayumi to a guy. Throughout, all the remaining characters refer to her as 'he' or 'him'. Also, she's been voiced by a male VA... Modified by Shima_XIX, 12-04-11, 8:38 AM |

Okay... I realised a little while after I'd watched the film; Ayumi's a guy. The MAL page refers to him as 'she', but that's the mistake, not the English dub. He's a he. :) |

that is probably why s/he is called a "Loup Garou." In French it means werewolf. I would conclude that in fact Ayumi can change genders. |
