| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This was pretty dull, wasn't it? It feels like a rejected script for an episode of the TV show more than anything else. The writer couldn't work an actual climax into it so they just threw it out as an OVA since the Detective Conan name guarantees sales. An OVA really should have at least a little more ambition than that. |

| I was fine with the episode overall, but the "vs Kid" aspect was misleading. I was expecting more than two minutes of screen time with that character. |
