... I say this is not a good move by Kyoani. Story that deals with old memories and old stuffs are usually forced in terms of mood + the setting itself is a huge cliche. This series must need Kyoani's usual addition of fluffiness and moe-vibe to attract someone like myself. ...so, not watching... but I will watch it instantly once people starts their usual bashing of Kyoani with moe-blob. I love to be in a war field. |

Eh, synopsis doesn't sound that intriguing, but it's mystery and KyoAni, so what can go wrong? I'm looking forward to it, even if it isn't Haruhi, |

When is Kyoto Animation going to learn? Full Metal Panic is what the people want! I was hoping that would be their next announcement... *Sigh* If nothing else, they could at least have animated Little Busters!, but noooooo... GarLogan78 said: Just be better than Nichijou. Pretty much my thoughts now. Oh well, I'll go into this optimistically. |

FMP sold decently but all but two of KyoAni's other shows have completely crushed it in sales. The massive hard-on for FMP is more of a western fandom thing (i.e. has virtually no bearing on what gets animated). Certainly it's not unpopular in Japan but there's a big difference. I'd totally watch another FMP anime but wish western fans wouldn't assume their wishes are the wishes of the market that actually supports anime with its purchases of the original releases. 'Hyouka'? That's a really weird spelling of 'Little Busters!', hahahaha!! ...;_; the Imaginary and the Real can never mingle. |
