Kurosei Xethres

Normally, Xethres would would have not interfered if it weren't for this one particular butler. As he was a servant himself, he could not tolerate his irritating actions as Yuuki taught him that a servant always has to obey his master.

Still, at least the room was peaceful again and he could now enjoy this not-completely tranquil atmosphere.
"No need to thank me. I couldn't bear to watch any longer."

"Err...Yeah" says Arisa, shrugging the young man's odd comment off and walking off. She had arrived a Shiroku only yesterday, and had yet to explore the dormitory. If she was going to be living here, its only right she knew where everything was.

As she wonders the rather large room, she notices a girl, sulking. She also seemed to be staring at a teacher. Curious, she takes the straightforward approach.

"What's wrong with you?" she asks, hand on hips and looking every bit the spoilt brat she was.

Reika continued to observe the rich girl and the boy who convinced the butler to back down. Reika felt relieved but she didn’t have much time to rest. The conversation ended quickly between the two and almost immediately afterwards she was approached by the rich girl. Reika had planned to speak to people by just hoping they’d approach her, but wasn’t sure if she was happy with the outcome. It didn’t matter anyway as she’d have to speak with the rich girl anyway.

The rich girl bluntly asked a question that suggested there was something wrong with Reika. It was shocking how mannerless this rich girl was. Not in Reika’s life had she ever gone as far to speak so impolitely. The world must work different for rich people. The question itself Reika couldn’t even answer since it was not specific enough but because she was polite she couldn’t just ignore her. “What do you mean by wrong,” Reika said trying to hold her ground, “please?” she added in fear of being yelled at.

"I don't know...." Arisa starts, putting her finger to her lips as she thinks about what to say. "You look kinda....down. Sad." She stops for a few seconds, then continues "Like a lost puppy!"

She suddenly begins to smile, looking at Reika and placing her hand on her shoulder. "You need to cheer up"

Things calmed down as the rich girl decided to explain what she meant rather than continue with her brash attitude. This was probably because Reika timidness wasn’t actually annoying the rich girl like Reika had originally thought. This was good. Reika didn’t feel the same pressure as before. The words of the rich girl seemed kinder than before. Perhaps she could be a good potential friend. Outgoing people were always useful, and they suited Reika’s withdrawn nature. The only problem was the girl’s attitude because of her upbringing but it wasn’t enough for Reika to disregard her.

“Thank you,” Reika responded, “I’m a little shy so I was having trouble talking to people.” Her concerns were much more than just that but suddenly opening up to a stranger wasn’t appropriate. She didn’t like anyone knowing about her curse and talking about her other problems would probably be annoying. It wasn’t like she was even thinking of them anymore now that she was in a new conversation. “If you don’t mind, would you like to be my friend?” She continued bravely, “My name is Itou Reika.”

Arisa couldn't help but giggle at the girls comment. She couldn't quite put her finger on it, but she liked this girl. "You're funny" she says, finishing her fit of giggles and suddenly hugging Reika.

" Of course! I'm Arisa. Arisa Miyamae."

Reika was a little shocked when the rich girl hugged her. They had only known each other for few seconds and Reika definitely wasn’t expecting it. She didn’t reciprocate the hug because she was a little confused as what she should do next. Close physical contact wasn’t something she hated but I definitely felt uncomfortable in this situation. She was happy that the rich girl, who named herself Arisa, had expected her proposal. This was her first friend in this new place and it gave her a sense of security.

“Thank you.” Reika said yet again. She often didn’t know what to say but being polite definitely couldn’t be bad. She decided to take the initiative. It wasn’t that she really wanted to control the flow of conversation but she was still feeling a little uncomfortable. This would allow her to hopefully find some familiar ground. “Um, so what year are you in? I’m a freshman.” Reika added. Hopefully there would be a little less hugging and they could find out more about each other. Unless of course Arisa had a better idea.

Kizuna had her hand tracing along the railings, slowly walking, as she looked down at the spacious lounge. Despite its size,a few people had gathered, none of them she recognized. She may be a sophomore but nonetheless, she was a transfer student. At one side of the room, she saw a pair of girls. They must be friends, she assumed from what she saw, for they were hugging. At one side, there was a boy whose gaze seem to be moving from one person to another.

Walking down the flight of stairs, Kizuna got a better view of the entire room. Bookshelves at one end, a widescreen TV on the wall, blue colored sofa that looks comfortable enough to sit on. Reaching the end of the stairs, she stared at the TV and turned her gaze on the person, who she only seem to notice now, a teacher most likely.

As Sayo walks in to the building with his sword on his belt that he likes to wear, he couldn’t help to decide to go to his dormitory or go to the dormitory lounge. So he decided to go to the lounge, while he was walking to the lounge he couldn’t help to notice to two girls chatting among themselves and into introduce themselves as well. Sayo was nervous to go over there and talk to them, so he walks over to the girls without thinking it through.

“Hello Reika and Arisa, fought to introduce myself as well” he smiles as he says that comment, “my name is Sayo, Sayo Kalaco I’m new here it’s a pleasure to meet you both” he laughs as he says it even though his really nervous inside.

As for that the chat ended for him and he turned his back towards the girls, then walks off with his sword swaying to side-to-side on his belt, to the lounge and sits firmly on the sofa.

Sayo sighs and say’s, “Man! Am l sleepy from that airplane trip to here” while he sits on the sofa then he takes off his sword from his belt and places it beside him. As his eyes lids start to get heavy he starts to fall asleep sitting up.

Kizuna was browsing books on the shelves when someone was loudly proclaiming he was tired, as if he wanted the whole world to know. She turned around to see the newcomer who fell asleep almost as immediately as he arrived. Isn't that uncomfortable?, she thought as she looked at his sleeping position. Isn't it better to go to his room instead?

As Sayo hears foot steps around him, he couldn't help it but to get up.

"Yaaaaawnn! num num that was a wonderful nap" he smiles as he says that. As he gets up and picking up his sword Sayo happen to notice a girl walking around with a book, so sayo walked over to her.

"Hello l'm Sayo, Sayo Kalaco and who might you been?" he said kindly.

A loud broadcast can be heard throughout the dormitory.

Kurosei Xethres

"What an uninteresting revelation..."
Xethres was surprised at the announcement, but he decided not to take part in it. He would rather go to his room and sleep. Currently, several other students where listening to it as well. They all seemed slightly perplexed.

Just as he was about to go back to his room, uninterested in participation, he received a message on his mobile phone.
It read: "Xethres, please participate in the event. It is crucial for me to see how you do and besides... you surely wish to sleep now right?
What would happen if you could not even do that, because of serious energy lack? ;)"

"I've changed my mind..."
He knew too well that the smiley at the end of the message represented the devil itself. Yuuki was seriously someone one should not joke with...

This time he could only obey, hoping that it the event would go away like a bad dream.
Thus, he made his way to the said room.

Kizuna was startled when the boy, who introduced himself as Sayo, approached. She was so engrossed with the book she was reading that she failed to notice his presence. She hesitated to give out her name but it would be rude not to respond. She was about to reply when the broadcast was heard.

A training room? I should go visit there next.

"I'm Kizuna Sakagami", she answered when the broadcast ended.

Arisa smiled at the girls comment, no longer hugging her but staying close.
"Hey, I'm a freshman too" she says, her face suddenly taking on a look of annoyance as she places her hand on her hip.
"My parents sent me here to learn some 'Disa..."

However, she is cut off mid sentence by an announcement over the loud speaker.

After said announcement, Arisa's mood seems to lighten. Afterall, she had always enjoyed fighting.

"Virtual Training Room?...Now that entertainment!" she proclaims, taking hold of Reika's hand. "Come on, lets go!"

As Sayo heard the announcement he was so over joy with happiness.

"heh heh finaly there's some action" Sayo thought, as he wave goodbye to Kizuna. "See ya Kizuna nice meeting you" he said, sayo put his sword back on his belt and walk off the the Virtual Training Room so he can go and practice fighting.

"I better go alone because, l don't to hurt anyone whlie l'm there" he said quitely to himself, so Sayo walk off by himself without anyone notice him.

As Sayo bade his leave and walked away, Kizuna returned the book she was reading back to where it originally was. She had decided that she would like to take look at the training room and see if it was a suitable place to hone her fighting skills. Practice makes perfect! Her foster father often used to say that phrase to her when she watched him forging swords. The thought of Ikki made her smile for a moment as she went towards the direction of the virtual training room.

Reika was happy to learn she was in the same grade as her. She hoped they’d be in the same class as well. Arisa continued to speak about why her parents had sent her here but was interrupted by a broadcast inviting people to training room. In most cases Reika would have ignored the broadcast because she wasn’t very athletic but she wasn’t given the option this time as her new friend was keen to participate. It wasn’t like she was without some skills and the broadcast did suggest it was for ‘enhancing bonds’ so she was sure she could find something to do even if it was just observing.

Reika let Arisa pull her along by her hand. Since she wasn’t given a chance to respond Reika tried to follow as closely so not to strain the connection between their hands. The training room wasn’t very far away so they’d be there in a few seconds, though Reika’s thoughts were of something different. She assumed Arisa was the athletic type and she was interested in just how skilled she was.

Aoi decided that she’d take a look around the lounge, a way to spend her time. If she were to stay in her room for another second more, she would’ve probably died from boredom. Although, the teacher’s dorm room did have their own little living room, there was still a difference between being alone and having someone with you. After all, she was used to talking with a lot of people.

"Hmmm..." she mused as she walked around.

The lounge was desserted, except for that one person sitting on the couch. Aoi was torn between getting all friendly with the stranger or simply pass by and say nothing. This place was different from the military where you'd have to know most of the people you're going to work with. She simply stood there, contemplating on what to do.

"errg..." murmurs Toki, waking up. His eyes open to a world of blurriness, that thankfully starts to fade. Rubbing his eye, he lifts himself up and stretches. It seems he had fallen asleep while watching TV.

"Huh...Where's everyone?" he asks, noticing that the entirety of the lounge was now empty, except for him.
