| I was just thinking about some awesome manga series that had been adapted into anime so~ long ago and that I'd love for them to be remade and modernised. Such as Hellsing getting it's new OVAs which are alot better than the original (IMO) Prime examples of these would be Fushigi Yuugi and Ayashi no Ceres because I adore the manga but the anime fell a bit short for me. I couldn't stand the vintage animation. So discuss: >Anime you wanted remade because they're too old/didn't like the original series >Any specific studio? | I'd like to see a FMA remake when the manga is finished. Same for Elfen Lied and Karin. A Trigun remake would also be nice. I would also like to see Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou as a full series, instead of just an OVA. |

| If it could be done right, Akira could be amazing with today's animation technology. Flesh out the characters and motives some more and it's possible. Trinity Blood - Keep the animation quality but this time, try a little thing called halfway decent storytelling and absolutely shift Sister Esther to the background. |
