THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- At least something has gone right. The military (Well one 88 members) have joined with Geko-go. Renton's should ok, he probably has an infection. |

I should've known better. I thought everything in this episode went well but I suppose that can't be happening. Next episode seems promising. |

Maurice is a loser with a oedipus complex. I liked the scene where he pussied out on the rock-hit thing. Next ep seems interesting...wonder what happened to Renton..  |

Maurice that little punk. He better not screw anything up down the line. Pretty awesome to see the Federation rebellion. And Dominic join Gekko state. Those rah rah speeches always get to me. Dominic wanting to protect Anemone was expected and not terribly abrupt, but i wish they did more over the past 30 episodes to develop their relationship more, because I don't have much invested in Anemone. |

Maybe Renton lost too much blood hitting himself with that rock... or yeah, maybe it got infected. Why does Eureka have green rock-like things growing all over her, I wonder? And Maurice annoys me, but it was sort of nice seeing him accept Renton at the end. |

Great ep. One a my favorites thus far. Renton accepting Eureka was really touching and the military/Gekko-Go alliance is freakin awesome! I wonder if Anemone was laughing because she felt abandoned by Dominic. Maybe she harbors some feelings towards him?      |

There was a lot of emotion in this episode, although Mariece was annoying. It was nice too see that the military and Gekko-State formed an aliance, I hope that more militairy people will join them.  |
