| The Coralians are a freaking weird bunch but they all have the same eyes as Eureka and Anemone, so it's obviously their thing and seemed the two of them could see through the other creatures eyes, so neural link? So they want to kill them all off because it's like either them or the humans? hmmm, interesting plot point I never saw coming. Nirvash wants a new look too LOL! Eureka was all like "Nirvash is angry" LOL! so yeah ... seems like a psychic/neural link then that they all share. Intriguing. |

| Wait, Earth exists? They have technology for Interplanetary travel??? What the fuck is wrong with the technology of the world, it's so inconsistent... I really like Matthieu, I'm gonna get mad if he dies, which I believe will happen. Poor Renton, lost his chance. Also, what an absolute unit is Dr. Bear. The second part of the episode was so great. Really liking the anime now. |

| Found this episode to be boring and sort of a downgrade/loss in momentum. The Coralian designs are interesting and get to use that Bones style of animation nicely but I don't know, maybe its just that the plot which has been going at a pretty steady/slow pace has been sped up a ton with this development and everything just feels too sudden for me to care. One thing that the rewatch in general has failed for me is garnering my interest and intrigue in the actual world and overarching plot 30+ episodes in now. It's had good portions and decent characterization at times but mostly, the grand plot/puzzle hasn't really been that captivating for me personally. |
| All this time seems like the ruler of human society; The Sages were all living up in space and only rarely descend upon the Earth via a space elevator. Which tells me somethings... It seems that all this tech meant that humans are already capable of interplanetary travels, if even military aircraft can reach the low Earth Orbit, then the actual spaceships can reach far beyond that. And there's also that one line spoken by Code one of the sage about spreading on the surface of the Earth. WERE THE CURRENT HUMAN POPULATION ORIGINATED OUTSIDE OF EARTH??? This Ageha squad formed by Dewey might as well bring about the destruction of the world, with them having the capability to penetrate deep into Earth's lithosphere, they can reach the sub coral layers and beckon the coralians to emerge from underground, from where they'll be vulnerable to mass slaughter. The same can be said to the civilians on the ground, they will essentially act as baits, fucking Dewel is coldblooded. On a more hilarious note, my boy Renton almost kissed Eureka, she's even prepared for it, but Nirvash just so happens to cockblock them at the same time. Damnit Nirvash! THey better kisses for real later on... |
