There are sites (like fanfiction.net -fanfics or fictionpress.com -not fanfics) for online novel reading. Then, if you link it here, along with a synopsis of some kind, some may read it. I would, depending on what it's based on.

thats what i was worried about. I don't want someone to take my ideas before I publish it.

Why don't you try sending it to an agency. If you think its good enough, of course. Tell you what I would do in your place. I would of asked someone close to me, friend or family, to read it and tell me honestly and critically, what they think about it.
