THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Now that I think about it. I'm kinda disappointed that every car they battle is Japanese. There ARE foreign cars in Japan. I want to see Takumi take on a GT3, Corvette, or maybe a Clio V6. Just anything that's not Japanese. On another note, why the hell do people praise that guy for driving with one hand. Limiting yourelf to drive with one hand is a handicap. Then the fat guy, has superior throttle technique? Shouldn't everybody who's a great driver have great throttle technique? One last thing. The new opening and ending themes are kinda absurd. What the hell is a Noizy Tribe? And the Engrish in the ending, oh boy. |

New Op and ED? What the hell is the above person saying? As about foreign cars well first no one will get an American car like a Corvette or a Mustang because if you didn't notice those roads have a lot of turns. American cars like that have the suspension abilities of Europeans cars 20 years ago. As many say American cars are for going straight. I live in Europe and we laugh our ass off every time an American guy driving a Corvette thinks he has an awesome sport car and how much they want such cars. Now about Porches and tuned Clios. Well it's simple. Two reasons. First is a Japanese show so they will like promoting their own cars and second they are too expensive compared to local cars. As you imagine the cheapest place to buy a Japanese car is in Japan and Europeans car are probably more expensive than in their own countries. Everything is cheaper, the car, spare parts, service, even availability of such parts is an important factor and is a lot better when you have a local market than waiting for things o be flied over. So considering the Japanese make some nice cars for such road races like Evo, Impreza, Skyline GT-R, etc, why would anyone buy a European highly more expensive car than a Japanese one. If you go to Japan you will see that they truly don't use foreign cars for such things. Hell even in Europe Japanese cars are more than European car in such events. Anyway this old guys seem really built-up as awesome, i wonder if this will turn out to be the first defeat of Project D. Modified by Monad, 05-13-12, 6:13 PM |

Sounds good, and a rematch, please XD The most underrated/unpopular webtoon around - Tower of God For those who want a good story, with action adventure genre, with awesome characters, setting, and world building, and a tiny bits hinted romance along with badass actions, do try out Tower of God, it'll be the best thing you ever read in your whole life till date! (am serious not exaggerating) :D |
