Hilda's little talk was spon on. It cleared things up nicely. It's just too bad that most of the characters in this show (especially Eureka) have some of the worst communication skills I've ever seen in an anime. It's infuriating sometimes.
Cool worldbuilding and character development like always. So does Edmond's fate mean Desperation Disease comes from exposure to trapar waves? I doubt it's skyfish themselves, but they ride trapar waves, so regularly hunting them for materials for your trade will get you sick if that's the case. Where do trapar waves even come from? Anyway, I have the feeling they will explain pretty much unnatural going on eventually.
Ugh, Eureka is even more socially awkward than I thought, but nice to see her recover a bit. Getting that depressed because your biomecha best friend considers you a third wheel? Uh, huh. Ikind of think jealousy is only a temporary explanation for Eureka's slump and that the real reason is something that has to do with Eureka's relationship with Nirvash and machines in general
And Renton got pretty shocked when he saw the skyfish eye or whatever, I wonder if that just reminded him of the zone or The End or if it's something completely different.
Poor skyfishes, they onyl wanted to have fun with the other guys :(
Damn, am I glad Renton and Eureka make up, kinda. I say ''kinda'' because I feel like Eureka is forcing herself after what Gidjet, especially because of that last phrase : ''At that moment, I believed that I reconciled with Eureka''. It's like he's talking like he was wrong ''at that moment''.
I'm glad they were able to save that poor soul in some way. It look like he found back his way into life. And we'll know more about that digger next episode.
