According to their official press release, Sentai Filmworks has licensed Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle.

Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle will be available soon on Anime Network Online and available later on other outlets. No news of a home video release was announced.

Update, March 29, 2012

Sentai Filmworks has added Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle 2. The series will soon be available digitally with a DVD release to follow later this year.

I thought this would've gotten picked up prior to it airing, but it's nice that Sentai acquired it, regardless. Now, all that's left is "Ben-To" which is slowly becoming one of my favorites of the season.
