I would like to know how the Onegain Twins Ova is related to the manga Zig X Zag

I'm guessing you mean the manga since this is the manga board?

Someone meant to add Onegai Teacher (anime #195) as a spinoff but since it's manga it added Zig x Zag (manga #195) instead. Onegai Twins and Zig x Zag are not related.

I'll go delete that relation now.
