| @Rozziu I really like that mecha part too! Do you know that is called 無尽合体キサラギ (Mujin Gattai Kisaragi)? On Pixix is some fanart of it. Also all characters have some kind of name attached to them if I'm right. I don't know if the names are fan-made or official though, I can't remember everything exactly anymore from the anime. |
| This was...different. I wasn't very entertained, though. I like this show more when it shows behind-the-scenes takes on what goes on in the professional and personal lives of these characters. This variety show would...bore me greatly. However, apparently, there are some people who would like this. My favorite part was Takane's segment about Ramen, what with the completely deadpan delivery of her lines. That was rather amusing. Most of the rest of it, though, left me half wondering what the point of it was. I guess it was just to have cute characters doing cute things...which is not my sort of show, I'll admit. The mecha movie trailer was interesting, but in a "meta" way--I'm surprised that someone would have already signed these characters up for a feature-length film. Reading this thread tells me that this episode actually comprised a bunch of shout-outs and references, from the box hitting Haruka in the face to several references to the Idolm@ster games. Unfortunately, I didn't get them since I don't know the context. And can Miki please stop being awkward/annoying? |

No, I've never known about this before (...maybe I overlooked it?) I can't read Japanise so I dunno, but, if I remember well, in the intro they're all have their normal names. |

| This was a really amusing episode. It was random, but there should be more like this one. That mecha movie trailer was just awsome! I want to watch it! Chihaya couldn't stop laughing (I guess because of Haruka), which was itself funny because she couldn't stop. Miki saves the day again. She doesn't need a script. She just cheerfully goes with the flow. Hibiki never had a chance of finishing that race in time... too bad that didn't have a funny end. |

| I would love to see a spin off dedicated to that show. Makoto is an awesome reverse trap and Yukiho's true colors for fashion were revealed. Miki openly calling Producer "Honey" and Iori "Forehead" was hilarious too, and Chihaya trying to contain her laughter was too much. Plus those giant robots, WOW. |

This episode was hilarious xD I love how when the Producer told Chihaya to loosen up this happened… This was hands down the funniest part of the episode. It’s refreshing to see Chihaya laugh and breakaway from her stoic exterior.  Makoto is too awesome. She’s soooo shiny *-* I must admit she really is popular with the females. Even I'm enchanted by her ^_^ I really like the ED song for this episode. It’s pretty catchy. |

| Episode really nice and with a rousing comedy. Narrative has been excellent performance of all the characters, managing to really pleased me know about them all. Drawings very good, the ending is pleasant as usual. For now, this is the best episode of the TV series. |

| I kinda rlly like Miki x Producer teasing. Makkomako~rin~ was kinda cute lol. And man Yukiho's voice is so nasal, it makes me laugh sometimes Ami and Mami with hair down <3 I always prefer Mami tho! Makoto too cool I swear. Great episode. |

| I really liked this episode. Lot of fun moments, used all of the characters reasonably well. Though certainly some more than others. I don't know how true this is to actual Japanese programming. But I didn't know Japan had Idol variety shows. I still can't stand Miki. And it annoys me how such an irritating character continues to take the center stage. But no sense complaining about that. It's just a matter of taste and opinion and a lot of people on here seem to like her. Some parts of this episode worked better than others. The Chihaya and Haruka host stuff wasn't bad. But it did follow the same beats their stories always do. Chihaya thinks she's a stick in the mud, Haruka is relentlessly upbeat. Haruka encourages the uncertain Chihaya, rinse and repeat. My favorite parts were Makoto and Yukiho's makeover segment. Makoto trying to be cutesy to the horror of the audience got a big laugh out of me. And Takane's ramen segment with Ami and Mami. Pure silliness. Oh yeah and the mech segment almost forgot about that. I'd heard somewhere some former Gainax animators worked on this series. Well depending on how true that is, it really showed there. That was really cool, I'd watch at least a 30 minute short committed to that. Wonder what's in store next. This series is getting pretty unpredictable. |

| Poor Makoto. All she wants is to be cute but no one lets her! I hope she realizes her tomboyish handsomeness is much cuter than anything she could want at some point. They've really grown in popularity to have a weekly show like this. To be honest I felt like I skipped an episode by accident. And a movie is coming out. I thought it was a joke trailer but it seems to be real. I must say this episode felt weirdly placed to skip to this show already in place. That being said, this was still a fun episode to see everyones quirks. I think Amami described what's so amazing about Miki. "It's like Miki is 100% true to how she feels". Because of that she can and has had some hiccups unable to control herself when her emotions show through. But it's also why she can be so strong all the time, never hesitating to say what's on her mind, or do what she wants to do. It was a great way to put it. |
