Yeah, so according to society's normal social standards, the Joker is sick. He is sick, twisted, violent, insane, mad, you name it. But is he really? Is he not aware of his actions? Can he not help his behaviour? Of course he can't, can you? And if he's crazy, am I crazy for thinking of him as my hero? As a source of inspiration? Modified by Gayasiankitten, 07-25-08, 1:09 PM |

So we watched The Dark Knight today. Wow. The Joker is my hero. Seriously. His opinion on knives and guns? My thoughts exactly. His reasons for doing what he does? Pfft, no idea. How he does it? Awesome. "I'm like a dog chasing cars. I don't have plans. I just do things." I'll post more once I've calmed down. I should read more Batman sometime. My brother just dumped two TPBs of the Gotham Central comic on my chair. One of them focuses on Two-face. Oh em gee. Two-face is awesome. |

I like Heath Ledger's Joker much better than Jack Nicholson's. |

It's been a long time since i saw Jack Nicholson as Joker, but Heath Ledger was Amazing. Nothing like I've ever seen him before. And Heath tried to take a more realistic and psychotic turn, then Jack's more funny and crazy way. But actually don't think it was Heath who played the role. I think it has to have been the real Joker who possessed him, cause it was just to damn good. When i look at the Joker and hear his voice, i just cant se it as Heath ledger. It IS the Joker. And now that he's dead, maybe he will allways be remembered as the Joker. |

The only thing remaining from my pre-B-man Begins days is Two-Face's wicked face. There was just something weird about him that I couldn't stop liking. This new Two-Face was awesome as well. Anyway, I like how Joker couldn't stop laughing, no, how he began laughing when people beat him up. It's like he enjoyed watching them resort to violence after their big words of shining justice. |

Heath really got into his characters. Really got into his characters. It makes me wonder about Brokeback Mountain. |

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA OMG, that was a good one. I haven't actually seen brokeback Mountain, but i guess i have to see it soon. Is it as good as everybody say. And i heard that Heath actually locked himself up in a hotel room for a month, writing down the jokers thoughts in a book, trying to get into the character. Maybe it was then that The Joker possessed him. |
