Revolutionary Girl Utena, despite being a bit repetitive, is easily one of the best anime series I've seen. Featuring a great story telling that focuses on gender roles and sexuality, this series is a must watch imo. Aria the Origination is another great watch. It's a bit more serious in tone than the first two seasons but the character development is superb and everyoe has a satisfying ending. ![]() |

@ insan3soldiern You have a long list. 5 Centimeters per Second - It's the best romance show I've seen, really emotional stuff. Katanagatari - I have given 4 nines, this is one of those. Nekojiru-sou - Another of my nines. |

@insan3soldiern. Angel Beats is a good watch. Nice story and even some tear jerker moments. Episode 10 was not to my liking but the rest that I have seen are enjoyable. Fairy Tail has been nice atleast where I have come. Animation and art are to my liking so it's a plus. and Aya Hirano is awesome. :) Katekyo Hitman Reborn Could be fun if you are one of those who isn't a "Fillers are the end of the world type" And BTW stay away from Ookami Kakushi ;) @Karhu Clannad is a must watch if you like good comedy and Tear Jerkers ;) |

Michiko to Hatchin was really good, especially in the beginning, but all throughout it was a visual treat. Princess Tutu was amazing. I loved it along with many others. WATCH. And lastly, Nana was absolutely wonderful. I'm re-watching it. And I never do that. All of these are great. Please watch them! :) <!--link--><a href="http://myanimelist.net/animelist/angelfire892&sclick=1"> Being sane is over rated :) |

Based on your taste, i think you would like the ff: ttgl shakugan baka to test 5 cm / second Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria - A highly entertaining and mind-blowing must read (The series is similar to Madoka Magica and the heroine is similar to Akemi Homura) |

Cowboy Bebop - one of the best series I've ever watched. Really good stuff, you should definitely watch it. Tiger & Bunny - because everyone should watch this. Also, you liked Darker than Black so you should like this, as they're sort of similar in terms of setting from what I can tell. ![]() |

5 Centimeters per Second is an awesome series with beautiful visuals and a nice storyline. Black Lagoon is just awesome all around. The main 4 characters are all likeable and pretty badass, especially Revy. There are also some very memorable arcs for this series and it definitely has rewatch factor, I watched it twice. Personally, I would be sure to watch the dub, it has a great one! Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Watch it. Sword of the Stranger. One of the best action anime films ever. |

Bungaku shoujo is pretty intense despite the synopsis/impressions it may leave at first look. Aria the animation is extremely calming and is just the perfect series to watch after a long day. ![]() |

Honey and Clover - Great series I'd definitely recommend. Quite moving at times and it's not as predictable as other slice of life romance/comedy series. |

@blubberflub :Some I watched, some I haven't, so I'll write about the ones I liked. Nodame - Great, lovely anime. Funny slice of life, quiet touching. Zero no Tsukaima - the first 2 season were good. Comedy romance magic, fun to watch. Special A. I watched it a long time ago, and it wasn't great, but it's nice. @Okaish AnoHana, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, Natsume yuujinchou - My favorites. You should also watch : Soul Eater, Kuroshitsuji, Nodame, Welcome to the NHK, Lovely complex. Hanasaku Iroha I've watched CCS (Sakura) when I was a kid and really liked it. There are also good anime on your list I want to watch. (At least I heard they're good) ^^ Modified by Plue-sama, 10-11-11, 9:02 AM |
