According to Weekly Shonen Magazine, Kamijyo Akimine's manga "Code:Breaker" was announced to get an anime adaptation.

I'll probably watch it, since manga isn't all that bad.

Hmm, had Del Rey not left the manga business here in the states after only 2 volumes released of the series, I might be more excited about this adaptation.

I only own the first two volumes... So I don't know if it's any good really.
It was kinda fanservice-y It didn't go well with the plot imo Because all Sakura seemed good for was getting her boobs groped.

Not really. It's been around since 2008. That's not a long time. Look at Fairy Tail, the anime began 3 years after the manga began. It's the same time frame. Plus, there's more material for them to work with if they wait a bit. Less chance of fillers.
