Kaiji is one of the few series I can't feel the time passing by, I think the immersion is unbeliavable. I enjoyed the Bog Arc, but they could have finished it with less episodes (4 or 5 less). The despair is convincing, but one think I did not enjoy was the plain cheating and the crowd not saying anything, that was awkward. |

Ichijou theoratically has to work for 1050 years underground to repay his debt, but since that´s impossible they might force his family to do it. This is a mafia organization we're talking about after all. ... and then people say they dont drag out this , i was glad he won anyway , i thought they gonna left it for next episode. Worst kaiji arc imo. They only dragged the last 5 episode, otherwise it was a pretty good arc. And if you watch it when completed it's not thát bad, will keep you constantly at the edge of your seat. This is a gambling series, you think you can always rely on skill for that? I found the bridge game to be one of the best arcs, just because it involved a lot more people making more possibilities for twists. There was way more going on at the same time instead of 1 vs 1 like most of the arcs. "I am the Lizard King. I can do anything." |

Finally!! This was the episode everyone was waiting for! It was quite annoying to see almost the entire season devoted to Kaiji paying against the machine.      |

I can agree that the first season was better, but this was still enjoyable. I don't really think that difference in pacing was that big, compared to the previous season.
