Masterpieces don't need sequels. BUT
Since it's Urobuchi we're talking about here, whatever he intends to make is definitely going to be really good. The only thing is that it probably won't be as good as Madoka.

It wont as good no matter what since we all know that it is not your typical magical loli with a cute little magical animal companion.

We won't let the cow until it's completely milked?

Well, I'll still check season two out if it ever comes, but I hope the show won't be ruined...

Not sure if want.

If it's an adaptation of Oriko or Kazumi then maybe.

Never be. Oriko sucked, Kazumi is weak. Madoka that isn't written by Urobuchi is meaningless.

Because she sells well. LOL.
Why are you watching the S2 of the anime that you loathe?
¬‿¬ And give the suggestions board some love please.

An idea similar to my suggestion here got implemented but because of another guy. But I get to enjoy its benefits. So I Got That Goin' For Me, Which is Nice.

I stand by my theory, and I'm positive there won't be a sequel. It doesn't need one. I can see how they can't let the money tree go though, so maybe it's a spin-off or alternate retelling.

One thing that I love about the madoka story is that it portrays each girls' struggle in this twisted system. The true enemy is not any witch but the whole mahou shoujo mechanism itself.

A sequel will be just another typical MS series without much to fight for. Even if there's still negative energy and despair, it just won't feel the same.

However, seeing the struggle from another perspective with no chance of redemption will be interesting. However the original 5 already covered the basics so it would be interesting if Urobuchi could come up with something emotional once again.

I hope they won't do anything to cheapen the ending of the first season. Then again it's Urobuchi we're talking about, so if he has full control it'll probably be fine.

He's obviously just trying to milk it since it's successful.

I can't say that I blame him for it. I just hope it's not some half baked sequel, I'd much rather see a SoL show that has nothing to do with the plot.

Well this should be interesting. Although I don't think a sequel would e very good. But, a spin off or a parallel universe would be good. Even through I'll watch it either way. Hopefully Homura is in it.
