She checks if he ate everything...

Nyanko sensei is not at home, and a youkai came to catch him, which lead him to have fever. Thus remembering things in the dream. He remembers the youkai, who "saved" him before. And at the same time the aunt visited him before, and thought she was youkai, too. Both that youkai and the aunt invited him. In order to live with the aunt, he bravely sealed the youkai.

Nyanko sensei defeated the youkai!

This awesome season 3 comes to an end next ep. So sad. What? It ends with Natsume having fun with the youkai?

That was one of my favorite chapters of the manga!!!!
I seeriously had to cry~ and younger nastume is soooooooo kawaii!!!

AHh... but it's so sad that the next episode will be the last -.-
As always, they close the season with a episode were (almost) everyone is together ^^
but since they used another manga chapter, i hope they will make another season♥
(though that's a bit greedy....)
NY is really popular, though!!!!

Awww~ I cried a lot! So sad! I hope there will be another season and if not there should be another scenes from past in manga instead! I'd like to know more about Reiko! :>

I really wish another season from bottom of my heart too. Its okay to be greedy about Natsume :P

also, i want another season, Natsume Yuujinchou is such a precious series

this season has been even more natsume centric than normal. he is also far too cheerful. nothing on reiko either. bleh

I think this story was my favorite from the manga. And the one I was really looking forward to for this season. Now the season can end with me happy.

My precious Nyanko-sensei was just so kawaii as he wiped Natsume's brow and padded his blankie...wah!! I want that witto fat, sacred youkai kitty to take care of me...well, he's so much more beautiful in his true form but in human form, even more so. I agree...another season of Natsume and Madara-sama would be grand...here's hoping.

Wow. One of the best eps so far. :) So calming. I'm so sad this is ending, I really hope they make another season, brightens my Mondays :D

My heart was touched when Natsume said he wanted to go with them.
And I love when Nyanko-Sensei goes into big form :3 I always think of Kakashi.

Just when Season 3 was somewhat enjoyable, this episode totally reminds me why this is my #1 favorite show of all time. Beautiful, heartwarming, sad...Touko you are an amazing human being (even if you're animated)! Almost cried near the end..

Next episode is a play apparently, which makes this the first season with absolutely no mentioning of Reiko. (Edit: Nevermind forgot the first episode.)

Onwards to Season 4!
