They could have done more... but it was simply heart-warming since the very beginning! Loved this anime. 10/10 ![]() Sometimes I can hear my bones straining under the weight of all the lives I'm not living. |

I loved the anime, i know the manga ending as many friends told me to continue reading since anime cuts off and that it'll rage me, and yeah, it definately did. Its good just where the anime ended, daikichi and rin father relationship bond, eveyrthing is happy, and daichiki and nitani (kouki's mom) has a good relationship. in my opinion the full ending should be daichiki and nitani gets married kouki and rin still childhood friend and they both become successful in life after a good education. fuck the manga incest end and all the bullshit! |

8/10...^_^ It would have been a 9 or a perfect 10 if they added 1 or 2 canonical episode/s(not those specials) since i have a strict anime standard on a minimum of 12/13 episodes. The adaptation was a breath of fresh air. Its been 3 years, since clannad after story, that i watched a very bonding family-oriented anime. The production, soundtrack, and story flow was topnotch eager to interpret such simple yet fruitful plot...kudos Prod I.G. for the quality control \m/ Well, im getting spoiled by the manga rumors, and by hearing that it would be nice not to give them another season(and won't read the manga) XP; better end the anime that way. They could let the live-action movie(or series?) do the rest i guess, and stay away now to the cute 2D Kaga Rin :3... |

Usagi Drop is such a heartwarming and light-hearted series. Ahh i was hoping Daikichi and Kouki's mum to be together... i mean look, they're pretty compatible. :) I wonder if there's a second season! |

This show REALLY needs a second season. This was well on it's way to being a 10/10 for me but there's so much more that needed to be done. I didn't even realize it was this short until episode ten and I was so disappointed because it's so fun and easy to watch and get into. |

The only thing i see wrong with this anime is its length... i need more of it... and I need it now. It would have been nice to see a little more closure. They elaborate a lot on the possibility of Yukari as a possible partner for Daikuchi, yet they idea kinda stays there. Also more elaboration on with Masako and Haruko. They are pretty much the same, Masako gave up her family for her own personal goals and now she suffers and Haruko puts her family first but she is hardly happy with the current situation. 9/10 - A second Season would definitely turn this into a solid 10 huh? |

I'm sure they are thinking of making a second season. Look at Bakuman...it got it's second season...eventually...So I'm guessing at some point later this year we will hear news of Usagi Drop Seas on 2 :D |

Finished this the other day, and I loved every episode of it. So heartwarming... :'3 10/10 from me. A second season would be awesome, though judging from all those comments about the manga ending, I would hope they'd take an anime-original route... ![]() |

I swear I could see the whole life of Rin without getting bored. Her first period, boyfriend, college etc. Then it would be great to see how Kouki's mom and Daikichi get together. I need a second season. I loved the develop of the anime. The way Daikichi is learning to be a father and how it is not important not to have time to himself because he love Rin <333 so simple but yet heart touching. The beauty of life in a very short story. Sublime. Also, EVERY.SINGLE.FACE of Rin made me go AWWWWW <333 and almost everything Kouki did, made me laugh hard xDD so, 10/10 it is. |

I was hoping they'd have an anime only ending and he and the boy's mom would get married. |

This was one of the most heartwarming series I have ever watched, but I feel so much more could have been done. Rin almost seemed to perfect. She never caused any major problems for Diakachi and almost raised herself. I really wished they did a full episode where Diakachi and Yukari switched kids for a day. It is clear that Yukari and Rin can connect really well in the few instances we see and that Kouki could really use a father figure in his life. The closest the show does to showing that is when they all go shopping together. It would have been beautiful if there was a scene where Kouki would ask Diakichi for help in learning how to play baseball (because Diakichi did say the reason he got his job is because he is good at baseball) and Kouki opens up to Diakichi. I would love for another season, but I doubt I would enjoy it as much if the follow the manga (from what everyone has been saying). Anime series have broken off the manga for various reasons, and it would be interesting to see if they do it for Usagi Drop. |

You will understand why if you read its Manga counterpart. It would upset too many viewers. |

Definitely a hard-warming anime from last year and something of an unique gem. I wouldn't exact call it a masterpiece tbh but it's definitely something unique is one of those rare titles that doesn't follow into the typical cliche of sexual, gore, or violence content category. In its truest form, this anime series adapted from the josei manga stays true to its origin and brings realism in its purest form. Overall, I liked this series and give it a 8/10. |
