Even Infinite Stratos had a more complex plot.....

say what?
...I don't know either.

0 plot development.

My friend got me into watching the first few episodes and I said that there was no character development. She said watch it for the "art"...

Other than the eye candy there is nothing to it.

tenjou tenge-after watching the first few eps of ass kicking and big titties, i was eager for more. To my disappointment, the series completely changed soon. the show was suddenly taken up by a humongous flashback, and the main characters didnt even appearfor 3/4 of the series. tht really annoyed me because i liked the main characters and i thought it had been pointless to have shown them if they werent even going to appear in the anime. they finally appeared in the last episode and did something significant.

the flashback was quite entertaining, but i was disappointed as how the main characters had created a lot of hype, but done nothing

Oh, yeah, and some shitty CGI.

Don't forget the overall QUALITY animation

Both C and Blood-C were very disappointing for me this year, but what first comes to mind was that infamous ending of the Usagi Drop manga. I found it to be so dumb that I removed both the anime and the manga from my list altogether.

Also what's very disappointing for me at the moment is what they are doing with Kaiji , while the show is being generally very good, they drag on with the pachinko arc with 5 or so episodes in which nothing significant happens.

Nonsense. Are you absolutely certain you understand what any of those terms mean?

As for me, I was disappointed in Mayo Chiki!. A remarkable feat, considering my low expectations. How fucking hard can it be to get an average romcom going with a reverse trap butler and a sadistic lady? It should be common sense to focus on those two characters, not some unnecessary tsundere that was tacked on just for the sake of making it a harem. And if they had to go down that road, they could've at least added a bit of novelty by giving the harem to Subaru while the guy just got some fringe benefits out of being the only male in it.

Ro-Kyu-Bu! These girls are walking irritants. Tomoka is slightly more tolerable than the rest but get her together with the other four girls and stupid just starts gushing out of their mouths.

Blood C, I guess... I mean, I didn't expect that much, you know, to become one of the best things I ever watched, but the series is quite a disappointment... I mean, there's no character development and there's no story at all... and everything goes to slow... I mean, I'd understand if the anime would have 50+ episodes, but it will have 12... 3 more episodes to go and almost nothing important happened... (SPOILER-except that Saya's friends died, but she didn't make such a fuss over it...)...
I don't like No. 6 and Sacred Seven too much either, and I loved the first 2-3 episodes and I thought both series are promising... looks like I was wrong... just my opinion xD

Copihan - just simply weird.

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! - worse than 1st season. I didn't like what I was watching in the middle of the series.

Steins;Gate - I heard good comments about the anime, but (as I marathoning this series now) somehow I don't like it!! (personally only good thing about it is Rika, and Mayuri annoys me. At a point in the series all Okabe do is to save Mayuri! I feel indifferent about Kurusu)

Mawaru Penguindrum - I heard that the theme songs are epic, but they were not that awesome. And the anime (according to first ep. I tried) is weird.

My thoughts exactly.

I'd also say Lovely Complex.

The whole 1st episode was pretty good, but the ending disappointed me.

The "race" thing is kinda stupid.

This. Also Steins;Gate started to go downhill too. The only interesting parts for awhile have been with the cliffhanger endings. Suspense has been mostly lost. Ro-kyu-bu aka loli basketball was good up until they dropped the basketball.

Haven't really been disappointed with the rest since they either lived up to the expectations or didn't have any to begin with.
