Just post the last anime you were looking forward to, but ended up falling flat. And perhaps, why was it disappointing? Mine was Kobato: The vibrant cover art here lured me, and the first episode had me reeling. The main girl piques an interest straight away with her genuine naïveté, bordering on the clueless-yet-bright Chobits / Kure-nai archetype. With the charming first episode, I anticipated watching her travel around, meet lots of people, experience the world raw through her naïve perspective, etc. Nope. While Kobato certainly keeps most of her charm, she merely ends up settling down in the middle of nowhere, working for free in some uselessly dull Kindergarten, interacting with the same handful of people, routinely chewed out by an irritating stuffed doll. A whole lot of nothing happens. The biggest plot event? Oh noes, we might have to close down a Kindergarten... It's just sad watching such a fresh and interesting protagonist wasting away on such a bland plot. Modified by FauxAzn, 11-12-12, 5:56 PM |

Gantz Anime second season failed to explain anything especially last 3-5 episodes...would have been better of if everyone lived in the end. |

Also a Clamp series, Blood-C. Fukken horrible lead is my main issue with it. |

Blood-C was pretty damn terrible, although entertaining because of how bad it was. No.6, whilst good, could be a whole lot better if it was better paced. It had a lot more potential than what's it's using. ![]() |

Shocked said: Reading Negima's manga and reflecting on the anime. Lol, there is a big difference between the two. Especially the art. I would highly recommend you not watch "Mahou Sensei Negima", just watch "Negima!?", the one by Shaft, even though it has it's own original story from the Manga, it's far superior in story and art to the original Anime. Then you can move onto the OVA's and Specials which do follow the Manga, which is also done by Shaft. |

steins gate- it's on the hype train and i dislike it. Main character ruins entire show, and the show isn't that good either. It's gets really boring on the latest episodes. So glad there's only 1 episode left. I should have drop it sooner. |

Tiger & Bunny. Barnaby "Bunny" Brooks Jr. kept pissing me off, so I dropped the show at episode 6. |

Blood C ![]() Fordelen med å ha oljevarmeovn fra europris er å våkne opp og ikke ta hvert øyeblikk som en selvfølge. |

Ao No Exorcist. What I thought will be the best show this summer is actually just a collection of stereotype characters in a typical plot. I must admit though, it has the best OST this summer. The new Hunter X Hunter. Disappointed by the fact that it'll only run for 45+ episodes. I don't know how they'll work it out when the old one had 62 episodes(not including the OVA). Alright, there's still hope on the "+" but I'm not sure if I should count on that. |

Ao no Exorcist. Just keeps getting worse by the episode, and it diverging from the manga isn't very appealing to me either. Blood-C. Do I really need to explain my reasons? ZELDUH |

Ao no Exorcist, just because it is changing so much from the manga and just dragging out with random small arcs now... Blood-C was good enough in the first episode but seriously just sucks now. And probably Kuroshitsuji, I started watching it because a lot of people like it and it has a good score on MAL, but it is seriously not what I was expecting, I was wanting something MUCH better. I don't particularly like the show so far... |

Blood-C I wasn't expecting much, but not even the Clamp fanboys want to defend what it's devolved into now. And last season there was C. I don't know why, but I was expecting moe and economics or at least some yayifications. All I got was tsundere and shounenshit. Oh, yeah, and some shitty CGI. |
