I mean.. She has no pulse!! Of course I know it's because Ecchi without blushing is like.. weird, but still, if you think about it, it's weird. xP

I guess if it really bothers you, you can see it as a figurative blush just to help express emotion. Yeah...something like that..

Why did you not even bothered with the fact that she can talk and walk like normal people? XDD

It's a hydrangea reaction. And she's a special zombie. Or something.

How she can come back to life already needs no possible explanation, it just the way it works, ok?

Or as the latest chapter suggests, she might not be fully dead.

A true undead.
bla bla bla
The endless debate between fans and haters. At one point, after spending a lot of time on MAL, you just realize it's totally pointless.

The CAT scan shown in chapter 32 provides the (possible) answer to this burning question.

The image in the bottom right panel seems to suggest that a lot of blood remained inside her head. Because her brain is still active, it could probably make her blush by widening the blood vessels in her face and allow more the of remaining blood to collect inside of them. And since her skin is already deathly pale, it probably accentuates it even more, which could explain why she blushes so intensely every now and then
