Through Strobe Edge (: I'm so in love with that manga. As soon as I read it it went up to my top 5! I can't stop re-reading it over and over again.
And when I listened there was gonna be another work of Sakisaka Io I got excited and really happy to know what was going to be about~! Again, good work girl!
It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. But what is more painful is
to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
Well, I bumped into someone's MAL Profile, then this Club's banner is posted to her about me section and I was quite attracted. I was confused if it was a Shoujo Manga or something so I checked it out. After viewing the club, I looked down to the relations, then clicked it, I ran into it's Manga Info and voila, I came interested after all. Oh gahhhd, i'm inlove with this Manga.
Mine was kind of two ways. I had read Strobe Edge and I usually always click the author to see their other works, especially when I like the art which I did in Strobe Edge but I didn't. So then on a forum I saw someone had Futaba and Kou as their signature but to me I thought it was Ninako and Ren so I paid no mind until someone else had asked and they said it was Ao Haru Ride. So then I looked it up and found it was the same mangaka as Strobe Edge and read.
I was glad, because she is a mangaka who makes happy endings. Sometimes I just want happy endings and not Cat Street endings.
I read Strobe Edge...loved it to bits and was on the look out for any new manga by Sakisaka-san and I heard rumours about this new manga and eagerly waited for the first chapter to be released... I was hooked immediately!!! ^_____________^
Wish it came out faster though ...it's killing me!!!!!!!!!
After I re-discovered strobe edge (read it a long time ago and was on-hold as it was incomplete then) and completed it, I went to the recommendations section. Then I realized that it's by the same mangaka so I decided to check it out. Turns out, I did and have read this manga before, but only until chapter 5 (I suppose at that time only those chapters were out). And to my surprise.....I actually remember this series (among many other series I've completed, read and put on -hold)- I read until that chapter where they put their heads on the table and then they turn to face each other!! XD XD Anyway yeah I remembered just how awesome it was, was delighted and went to read it again frm the beginning all the way to the latest chapter 16! I am just so so so glad that I have re-discovered this series, bcos if not, I'd be missing something truly awesome! I can't can't wait for the next chapter! I am so desperate for the next chapter....16 days, please pass by quickly!

My friend who's also on MAL had it on her currently reading list, so I clicked on it to see what it was about...and I liked the synopsis, so at the beginning of this year I started reading it. I'm so glad I did! :D
I just noticed how highly rated the manga written by Sakisaka-sensei are [Strobe Edge, Aoharaido]. And judging from the comics covers themselves, I thought the art from the pages are great, too. I picked up Ao Haru Ride one day when I was on a manga reading spree [You see, I rarely read manga]. I enjoyed the first chapter and read it through till the latest.
Actually, since Kou and Ren from Strobe Edge are so familiar when I saw a manga cap of him and Futaba I though they were Ren and Mayuka, and I literally though "omg, when did this happened? are they falling in love with each other again?" but then I noticed it was a whole different manga. And, to be honest, I didn't really like Ninako from Strobe Edge that much so it took me a while to decide if I should read this one as well... but I'm so glad I did, I just love it! in my opinion it's better than Strobe Edge and I love every single character of it! It's definitely one of my favorites manga :]

I haven't finished reading Strobe Edge yet and I totally agree on what you just said. :)
I was browsing on Oricon Charts and I've seen this manga in the Top 05. I thought Kou was very bishie... So I kept the title in mind. A few days later, I saw at the bookstore "Strobe Edge", so I bought it. I thought it was very good. I took a look for some translations on MangaHere... And I feel in love, even more than Strobe Edge !
I WAS SEARCH FOR NEW SHOUJO MANGA ( I WAS NEW IN MANGA WORLD ) AND I Liked the name i don't know why ..!!! :) and i liked the poster too !! i add it to my fav manga and i started to read and i liked it sooo much ! ,,, am glad that am the one who discover it not was told about it ..!! =>
I was reading Strobe Edge and I came across the site of bikkuribikkuri. It has Ao Haru Ride in it. I love Strobe Edge and it looks like it was good too, so I give it a try. And I am glad I did. It was awesome and I was into reading it again! ♥
And at some point, I like it more than the Strobe Edge. (At some point xD)
Found it on Tumblr, But at first, My brother recommend it to me like he was saying, Read this one! Read this one! This manga is good lol and just I say is wtf, But when I was bored and try to search it on Mangafox, I was like, DAMN, I SHOULD READ THIS ONE, KOU IS SO HAAAWWWWWT. <3
Haha...how I found this manga is pretty much the same like everyone else. Nothing special. ^^ Finished Strobe Edge with complete happiness, but begging for more. T.T And that's what led me to Ao Haru Ride!
Yep, just as I thought, everybody else here is here because of the same reasons I am here. I found Strobe Edge by chance --beautiful manga by the way-- and I had to find more manga like that, so I searched up the author and found this one.
Randomly picked it up on Manga Readers when a couple of chapters were release. Thought it was good back then, so I had it on my subscribe list - because knowing me, I'll just forget about it. So glad I did, it's one of the few mangas I look forward to read the next chapter.
I found pictures of the characters from the manga & used them a lot. So then one day I decided to see what manga are the characters are from & that led me to read about the manga & then start reading it!:) This is actually my first manga, I used to be an 'anime-only' type of guy but Ao Haru Ride just seemed really tempting to read so I had to atleast give it a chance:) I'm glad I did!! :)
i read the prologue of Ao Haru Ride after finding it randomly while looking for a good romance/shoujo and wasn't completely sold on it- so i went and read Strobe Edge, loved it, realized they were by the same artist and went and gave Ao Haru Ride another go. I'm happy i did!!
Some clubs have it as their layout now on MAL, and they looked cute and the art style drew me in, so I checked it out and I love it to bits! I didn't think it was so popular until I read it myself. I'm in love with this manga! I want more chapters!
