Did you guys watch it yet? Here's what I think about it: Come With Me! was the second concert of the TV anime K-ON!. Held on the 20th February this year at Saitama Super Arena. The venue alone was a big step compare to the first event where it only held 17,000. ![]() The concert was longer by an hour from the previous live. The Blu Ray limited edition cost me about 135 bucks. The LE came with a poster and magazine with about 130 pages. The opening wasn't that climatic like the first one. They just simply walked into the stage, nothing out of ordinary. The surprise element was not there, I guess. After the 2 songs, GO!GO!MANIAC and Listen!! (1st OP & ED) they did their character image songs. I loved their outfits. It was certainly much much better than the ones they wore on Let's Go! Live. And I also like the way they used the stage during their performances. Though Aki mostly stayed on one spot. Toyosaki Aki (Hiarasa Yui) - Oh My ギー太!! Hikasa Yoko (Akiyama Mio) - 青春 Vibration Hiyocchi did the "Moe Moe Kyun" thing again, though I must say it lacked the moe factor it had during the first concert. Maybe because there was no Moe Moe Kyun during the second season? Sato Satomi (Tainaka Ritsu) - Drumming Shining My Life The best outfit amongst the 5 members, in my opinion. She looked really pretty in it. Kotobuki Minako (Kotobuki Tsumugi) - Diary はフォルテシモ I think Minako's the best performer during this concert. She looked so natural throughout. I guess it helped that she's a member of SPHERE. She looked cute in her dance too. ^_^ I love her dance steps. Taketatsu Ayana (Nakano Azusa) - Over the Starlight She certainly improved a lot compared to the previous one. She was not that stiff. Oh! And she did the "Welcome to Light Music Club NYAN!" HAHAHAHA ^_- After the HTT Chara songs, they introduced the additional 4 casts (with Image Songs), the seiyuu for Jun, Ui, Nodoka, and Sawa-chan. When Ayacchi came back after her solo performance, Aki made her say "Saitama Super Arena, blah blah" and she chocked on her words. Instead of saying Saitama she ended up saying Saiko. HAHAHA. Kawaii ne, Ayacchi wa. ^_^ There was also a special guest. Drum roll!! It was the director of K-ON! Yamada Naoko. The director came out with Azu-nyan's glow stick. It was actually cute and nice of her cheering for Ayacchi. Hiyocchi made a really lame yet funny word pun about Kyoto Animation and today's event to Yamada Naoko. "Kyo" You'll get it when you watch the concert. The director was pretty shy and Aki-chan got her to shout "Saitama Super Arena," in which she said in a rather meek voice. lol Anyway, she was really young for a director, I was expecting an older one. She's quite cute too. ^_- I liked how Aki-chan always go into Yui mode whenever Madoka (Ui) is there. "Ui, ice cream!" lol I totally pictured that scene on the anime when Yui did that, rolling on the floor. What a lazy bum. Ah, how I envy your life, Yui-chan. Among Jun, Ui, and Nodoka's performance, I like Nodoka's the best. I liked the songs better than the first one. Yonezawa Madoka (Hirasawa Ui) - Uki Uki New! My Way Nagata Yoriko (Suzuki Jun) - Junjou Bomber! Yoriko's performance was not there yet, she often shouts when she sings. But then again, it was her first concert. Fujitou Chika (Manabe Nodoka) - Jump After the last 3 image songs, there was this small skit where the HTT members where looking for the door that leads into the room so they can practice. I liked how the audience where expecting them to appear on the main stage and suddenly the spot lights directed to one of the entrances to the arena. They all wondered what the centre stage was for. Mugi said maybe it was a ring, then of course Yui and Ricchan agreed and that the stage was there because they are going to fight lol. When there's boke expect the tsukkomi... Mio and Azunyan. They did: いちごパフェが止まらない (Ichigo Parfait ga Tomaranai) ときめきシュガー(Tokimeki Sugar) I didn't like Hiyocchi's mic even at the start of the concert. I think there was some kind of tech issues. There was a part on this song where Aki's mic was overpowering Hiyocchi's, as if Hiyocchi was the second voice. There was also a part where Hiyocchi got lost, I think there was a slight problem on her earpiece and got lost because of the loud crowd. It was quite obvious, because Aki and Hiyocchi's singing were not synced during that time. Hiyocchi kind of sang soft so she could catch up to Aki's. Fortunately all the problems only lasted for a few seconds. Honey Sweet Tea Time Again, I loved Mina-chan's performance. It was perfect. ごはんはおかず (Gohan wa Okazu) It was full of energy. I like it when the crowd sung along with them. I think it would've been better if they played for real on the centre stage. Anyway, I love Sato's "drumming" it looked like she was really playing live. She was hitting the right drum. I LOVE DEATH DEVIL. Once again, they stole the stage starting from the entrance. It had the "oomph" I was looking for. The stairs on the main stage opened revealing the small stage of the band. They did not have a guest rock guitarist this time but instead they added a bass guitarist and a drummer, which might I add were so cool. Especially the drummer, she looked really cool. ASAKAWA YUU is love. I always liked her. Enough said. ( I might be biased on this one 'cause I really like that seiyuu) ^_- She was so COOL! Death Devil looked like a real rock band. The bass drum had the band's name on it. So was the speaker on the stage. And they all looked like the role. They have smokes and fire. Cool stuff. I love how Sanada-san was always into Sawa-chan's role. She said "aishiteru ze" on the end (masculine way of saying I love you). Rock on! After that they talked about tea time and cakes of course! Then how the hiragana writing looks cute, regardless of the word context. While the others look scary (Katakana or Kanji). I lol'd when Asakawa Yuu playfully pushed Hiyocchi when she passed by the poor seiyuu. HAHAHA. It just shows how close they are. On to the main event! They learned two new songs to play!! Isn't that nice? They played Pure Pure Heart and U&I for real. Sato was so cool. I always have the soft spot for girl drummers. HAHAHA. I liked Ayacchi's guitar playing. Hiyocchi almost cried after playing Pure Pure Heart. I liked their performance of 天使にふれたよ!(Tenshi ni Fureta Yo!) the best. It was very notstalgic. The played a video before the song started with scenes from both season. Sugar cried while singing! Awww :( I'm surprised Hiyocchi didn't cry. They have a little scene with Azunyan in it (the ep where they played the song to Azunyan). They have heart-shaped confetti showered at the middle of the arena after the song. After the song, Ayacchi also came out crying. It's funny how Ayacchi mentioned that there was "don't cry" written on the monitor for the them (specifically for her hahaha ^_^). They did Fuwa Fuwa Time before doing 2 encores with 2 songs each. No, Thank You! & Utauyo! MIRACLE, and Don't Say "Lazy" & Cagayake Girls I went into fanboy mode when Sanada played a grand piano for real for the school's theme. This is my second favourite performance. Of course, Hiyocchi cried. REALLY cried this time. You could here the crowd singing along with them loudly this time. It was heart warming scene for the seiyuus. Asakawa Yuu bullied Hiyocchi again. HAHA. Hiyocchi was eager seeing Asakawa on stage, she shouted "Asakawa-san!" but Asakawa just told her off when Hiyocchi stepped forward. They all had speeches like they did before. Ayana cried so hard she can't even finish what she's saying, you can hear the audience cheering her on. Hiyocchi and Ayacchi cried the most during the concert. The Come With Me! performance wasn't as good as Let's Go! I think it's because of the beat. Overall, the concert was great, despite lacking the "oomph" factor. I noticed that Hiyocchi's got quite a lot of fans among the audience. I always hear people shouting "Hikasa!" or "Hiyocchi!" I don't know, maybe it was just me. And I just HAVE to post this one. It was so funny. Hiyocchi doesn't know what the headset's called. lol This was included on the backstage footage. The footage was about an hour long. It was really fun to watch. It also showed their first time touching their instruments and whatnot. I liked how they sat on the audience's chairs and shouting their names. lol EDIT: For those who are still looking for the english sub of the concert, I found one. It's pretty decent while waiting for some other bigger sub groups to sub the whole concert. Come With Me! Live Event [ENG] P.S the songs are not subbed Modified by hounoNOtenshi, 09-13-11, 4:00 PM |

I haven't watched the full live yet, so the summary helps. Thanks~ Edit: Is Pure Pure Heart a bit slower than it was actually recorded? Modified by tsubasalover, 09-27-11, 6:42 AM |

Yup, got the torrent. Its great, but it could have just a tad more "oomphy". Anyways, I loved it. On a side note, Satou is really good at the drums O_o. |
