I don't remember ANN reporting anything about a second season. Are you sure there even is one? :/

Thats what it said on spike tv website so I would assume they would be the ones to know

There's definitely a new season being made. A trailer for it is supposed to be shown tomorrow at Comic-Con. A new page should be made for it.

The new series is going to be called Afro Samurai: Resurrection. Here's the new page. It's supposed to be released January 2009.
