| ^you dont need as much sleep when you get older I think I slept last night from 4:10am to 2:10 pm so 10 hours if you incude when I was rolling around semi conscious having nightmare type sleeping thoughts about something |

I'm quiting drinking, gaming, and sleeping for more than 8 hours a day. So now, I slept for 6 hours at max, and sometimes paired with a short nap if I can't handle it. |
