Sakura Taisen: Kanadegumi
I submitted a producer a couple of weeks ago, but it seems it got denied or is still in the queue? The DVD details bundled with the 1st comic says "アニメーション制作/A-1 Pictures". (Source)

It seems someone at Fuji TV made a mistake in their international page. Robotics;Notes is going to be a 26 series, at least according to Animate Online with their 9 Blu-Ray/DVD (1*2+8*3) solicitation. The original 22 episodes info came from here.

Difficult to say whether it's a Fuji TV mistake. Noitamina has never had a series longer than 11/22 or 12/24 episodes, and I don't think the schedule for its anime is ever out of sync (with one show being longer than the other). Either both Robotics;Notes and Psycho-Pass are 22 episodes or both are 26 episodes.
TL Notes: Some information are worth more than a simple note from the translator.

I agree with you, it's weird for a Noitamina show to be 26. Also is not normal to have two currently Noitamina Anime out of sync. So I think we should wait, at least until another source confirm 22 or 26 episodes.

Add either "Sci-fi", "Fantasy" or "Supernatural". I don't know which of the three fits best so that's why I've listed all three.

Its formal name is Minami-ke Tadaima. Full Japanese name is みなみけ ただいま. The "4" is no longer needed.

With the 13th and subsequent episodes of Saki Achiga-hen airing on AT-X (per ANN citing the new trailer), do the extra episodes get merged back into the TV series? I'm kind of lost on what the current guidelines are anymore.

Best selling Light Novel volumes of 2014/all time*.
*that there is data for

A light novel is not a manga. They are completely different things. Please do not refer to 'the manga' when talking about a light novel series, unless you are specifically referring to a manga adaptation that it may have received.
Likewise a light novel is not a genre. Judging a series based on it being a light novel or adaptation of one merely makes you look like an idiot.

Strike Witches The Movie has no opening theme, thus the field needs to be blanked. The ending theme is correct.

Official Site just announced to air both final two eps. on November 19, 2012. Does that mean it will stay as one entry?

Yes, Eureka Seven AO will stay as one entry. No, Saki Achiga-hen will not be merged back. Sorry about the confusion. We already have length rules for TV series being split into multiple parts, so with these recent cases, we've decided to add one for delays in final episodes as well. These changes to the guidelines haven't been pushed yet because we're in the process of updating some other sections too, but to give you a preview:

I am going to edit the page for it, but Love Live! School Idol Project is a Spring 2013 anime, not a Winter 2013 anime

初春 means beginning of the year - see our news post instead. Perhaps CR mistook the news since 春 is the kanji for spring.

It actually aired at the festival, even though it has yet to be released on disc. Unfortunately, since the official website was a little confusing, this information wasn't included in the news post.

From my memory of the anime, romance is more of a subtext than a genre.

Changed it to your list, except for parody as it's not imitating (parodying) anything.

Everything else should be done.

Already made one a few hours ago. It's still in the queue.

I also had a question regarding Kick-Heart, and any future Kickstarter entries.

Currently the rules state that entries have to be:
Professionally produced, animated works created:
- in Japan for the Japanese market;
- in Korea/China for the Korean/Chinese market;
- as a joint production between Japan/Korea/China and another country.

Kickstarter projects can be professionally produced in Japan/Korea/China, but they aren't aimed at any one market. Anyone from around the globe can contribute to them. I think the rules need to be slightly updated to account for this.

I saw from the official site of CLAMP FESTIVAL 2012 that there's CLAMP FESTIVAL 2012 ver. / Episode 7 of None-Nove Gekijou. I'm not sure if it's under the same entry or separate entry.

Any user can edit and do it. The mods will be the ones to approve it.
In fact, let me. I forgot about this and was waiting for an entry before.
