Zarich, indicating demographic gives the risk of limiting the work to that particular one. For example, there is no reason that a particular series can't appeal to both shounen and seinen fans. That's why we can't arbitrarily place labels. In the case where the original work is a novel or manga, we follow the target demographic of the magazine or publication label that is historically known to people in the industry.

DarAR92, I will not make changes to either Golgo 13 or Kokurikozaka Kara at this time. In the case of Golgo 13, this will be a problem of essentially switching the entry that is named Golgo 13 by itself, causing confusion among users. Another example in this database is Escaflowne, where we are not yet ready to make a switch. In the case of Kokuriko, I'm going to make an exception of romanization here also because of the confusion it will cause. I will add it as an alternate title though.
