I can't seem to remember and I tried to search for few episodes but couldn't specifically find it :/ The only thing I knew is that she survived from the robbery and didn't answer Otonashi's question on how she died. Any idea? I was dying to know this :s |

| I read somewhere that it was by a gun, but that it WASN'T the same day as the theft, as she was the one and only survivor. also i believe she died at 17? when she died, in that flashback she didn't look anything close to 17 so I'm fairly sure she lived a few more years before her death which was filled with regret as we obviously see. |

| I think her expression when she said she didn't kill herself meant that she actually did. It was too defensive just like at the end where she denied many things but they were true. But overall her death was for the audience to decide because it wasn't pivotal to the story. |

What happened to the people who did kill her brother and sisters ? Maybe they did come back to kill her ? |

| Well she definitely didn't die when the robbers robbed her house because she seems to be a little girl at the time and she's not as tall when we see her when she's dead. She probably died in an accident but I don't think she committed suicide because while everyone who dies with unhappy lives go into that Purgatory world, none of them committed suicide because they would all go to Hell if they did but that isn't really Hell its a place where everyone died with unhappy lives during some sort of accident |
