| Yet another great episode, as the Shiori arc kicks up rather quickly. 2/3 of the series is left. This ep had one of the greatest dates I've ever seen, simply enjoyable to watch. KyoAni does slice-of-life right! and it seems the Shiori arc will end rather quickly. If I remember it didn't have as much depth to it as the other arcs, but we'll see if I'm missing anything. We'll probably need a good number of eps to cover the Nayuki/Ayu arc - the shining pinnacle of this series. |
| I would suppose that they'll give Shori's arc one or two more episodes. However her arc was one of the smaller ones anyway, so it doesn't really come as a surprise. After that it will be just Nayuki and Ayu left... |

| Very nice episode, kicking this arc off on a sad note. Does anyone other than me think that the ending song is extremely unfitting at times? Theres just this moment of sadness and then this upbeat song just comes in and ruins the mood, although it really gave that sense of optimism at the end the Makoto arc. |

| Yeah, I agree, the ending song is kind of unsuitable... I think it needs a little bit more of an intro, it starts too suddenly. iirc, the last ep. of the makoto arc had a bit of an intro to it, and it sounded a lot better. Decent episode. I liked the snowball fight a lot... can't really say much for the rest of it. |

| Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Kaori is terribly awful and selfish to do something like that. I guess that's the reason why Yuuichi didn't comfort her at all, and gave her a look of disgust, somewhat. Looks like it's gunna be a short arc. Off to find the next episode~! |

| The snow fight was simply adorable. I somehow think it's a natural reaction from Kaori to not get emotionally attached to Shiori, because she knows she will has to say goodbye soon. I guess it's reasonable, but I agree with that it's not the best thing she could've done. |

| So it's now the Shiori arc, didn't feel as excited because it's going to be hard to better the Mai arc but still enjoyable, I do wonder when the Ayu arc will take place and whether that will be the final arc though. |

| WHAT NO?!!! i don't want her to die!! at least she had a great time... she was really awesome at the snowball fight!!! she dodged everyone and got Yuichi with everyone! the snowman was amazing! and i can't believe she missed every single one of those things! haha and the drawing was funny... i wish it would have shown it! man that date was so amazing! i think it was one of the best things ever in this anime! she looked so happy! it even had the opening music in the beginning =D im glad everyone finally told the truth... and i hope she survives... oh yeah and im glad their Aunt is okay... and Mai 2! great epi ^^ |

| Mai is spot on again, though in a mysterious way - "The one who is trying to run away from hardship is near you" I'm still confused as to how the titles go with the story.. each episode there is a title that has to do with a musical term or piece (this episode was "Oratorio" and 17 is Lieder ohne Worte).. Maybe it will be explained later on.. I understand the meaning of Kanon, but not the other musical terms in context of the show so far o.o |

| Well sucks to be Shiori... though not sure that Kaori has any right to feel sad, boohoo yeah your the one who should feel sorry for yourself because your younger sister is dying, obviously the one actually dying isn't the victim in this scenario (sarcasm in case it wasn't obvious). |

| I really don't hate Kaori as much as everyone does. Yes, she wasn't the best big sister ever, but I can understand how she didn't want to see her little sister suffer. She can't understand why was she "born for", if her life is all about suffering. Not the best way to behave at a moment like this, but I still can't blame her so much. Shiori's story is actually going to be more interesting then I though it would be, which makes me happy. |

| It's really sad that it sounds like Shiori is going to die. After watching Clannad and Air, it seemed like it was eventually going to happen to somebody. I have a feeling the next episodes might be sad. Really Hope not to many people will suffer at the end of this. ): |
