According to Weekly Shonen Magazine, two new OVAs of Seitokai Yakuindomo was announced to be released following the first volume out in this April. The second volume will be released on November 17th along with the sixth volume of the manga and the third volume will be released in April 2012. I actually prefer these OVAs. The show is near unwatchable on TV with all of the censorship. I watched half an episode on TV and then waited for BD  |

Since the first extra episode was identical to any of the TV series episodes, it's almost like the second season has already started... albeit slowly. I'll always take more SYD though, and hope we do get a full second season. It might be the same thing every time, but it's a generally enjoyable thing, so that's fine. Just saw this on ANN. This one however doesn't mention one thing for those who are excited about the possibility of S2. "The magazine also indicates that the seventh manga volume will have "some kind of enjoyable project" planned next July."
