| It all depends on the sales and popularity. In terms of material, they have so much to use fromt he LN so there should be space for a second season. Yeah don't go hating Hoshizora. It wouldv'e been better if it was like an Amagami SS kind of style..... |

| As Rayy stated earlier, Seeing how were about to end in vol.3 and there are about nine volumes we might get another season. But due to all the hate its getting we can only hope for the best. Personally i dont think hate should go to any anime. Some series might just be better than you think. |

| We most likely will not get a second season, since Aria's pre-order ranks weren't anything special. And we all know JC only makes sequels to anime that sell well, with Bakuman being an exception. But we'll get to know about the sales soon enough, since the BD/DVDs for the first volume were released 2 days ago, if I recall correctly. Sales data should be out in 5 days or less. |

A lot of people consider it generic and boring. That's their opinion, and IMO it is a pretty generic JC Staff rom/act/com anime. Not saying that's a bad thing, but a lot of people want something different for a change. 2. Probably less, but there are a lot of people, myself included, who hate this show because they've strayed fairly far from the novels in many aspects. Sure, most of the major plot devices are there, but the interactions in the novel are much more detailed and thought out, here they feel rushed so the show can get to more gunfights. Mind you, this is something that JC Staff is also known for doing, so some people expected it. As for a sequel, what everyone has beens aying is right, it will depend on sales of the BD/DVD. If it sells well, there will be, if not there won't be. Might also depend on what JC Staff intends to do with some of their other big series (Index, Shakugan, ZNT etc) since the majority of them feature the same leading female voice. So this may get pushed to the backburner in favour of some of JC Staff's other series. |

I'll have to check on the LN since the text spoilers usually indicate that there is a bit more depth to the text than the anime. |

| I've read parts of the LN too and it's obviously waaaaaaaaaay better than the anime, and I'm sure the LN will get better later on but JC Staff will mess everything up, as usual. |

| So I think there's not much more to say. Fans who want a 2nd Season should buy the DVDs! And another thing; I heard something like an extra episode will be coming out in the DVDs (to lazy to google it...), imma crossing my fingers that it is something that opens the plot to a second season, like what they did in H.O.T.D. with the "Drifters of the Dead" cave (the one they mentioned at the end of the ep). |

| I honestly don't see why a lot of people don't like Hidan no Aria. I own the novel versions of this, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading them. But I guess it's impossible to convince those people to like this series, though it would be appreciated if people stopped talking crap about it. JC Staff did a great job with the animations, and I'm also looking forward to a second season. It will be when the story gets even better. I'll buy the Blu-ray copies to support them so they can change their mind about not making a second season. It may not be much, but every sale should help. |

| I really hope they do make a second season. I don't know about the fan base but I know me and mine are gunned up for the next one. I hope they work on Shakugan no Shana season 3 first though... SUCH a good show. |
