In the truth, you are given a certain amount of stat points (SP) to prevent god modding. Depending on your stats, you will be talented in certain areas.

Here are the ranks, and the amount of stat points (sp) you are given when you achieve this rank. (Note, you must complete the following, to achieve these ranks)

Every shinobi needs chacra. Not only is it what fuels jutsu, but in a way it is the amount of energy one has to do things. If you have no chacra, you can no longer fight; well… you could but you would most likely pass out right after, or during.

Here is the amount of chakra each shinobi has:(for now we are going by honor system if you should be tired rp that your tired chunin shouldnt be able to whip out 9 chidoris and be fine XD )

In addition, if you need something to compare your stats against, to know how talented your character really is, know a perfectly balanced ninja (Has equal stats in all sections {divide your total sp by 5}) to find out how a normal ninja of that rank would look.

Senjutsu:

Sage Mode is the result of using natural energy along with a ninja's normal chakra in perfect balance to drastically empower a ninja's abilities.

Meaning "Sage Techniques") refers to a specialized field of jutsu that allows the user to sense and then gather the natural energy (自然エネルギー, shizen enerugī) around a person. Senjutsu practitioners can then learn to draw the energy of nature inside of them blending it with their own chakra (created from spiritual and physical energy within the shinobi), adding a new dimension of power to the sage's chakra, resulting in the creation of "senjutsu chakra" (仙術チャクラ, senjutsu chakura). This chakra cannot be seen by anyone other than those who have been trained in senjutsu.
This new chakra enables the user to enter an empowered state called Sage Mode, which can then drastically increase the strength of all ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu. A person who is able to use senjutsu is called a sage (仙人, sennin).
A prerequisite to being able to use Senjutsu is that the user must have a great reservoir of chakra themselves in order to manipulate the natural energy.

Requirements:

Sage mode is the most simple of the three major stat bonus systems. You will gain 100 cp, over a period of 40 posts. You will also double every one of your stats. However, be careful, if you continue gathering chacra your character will transform in to a stone animal, of your summon type. After reaching half of what you started with before entering sage mode, you will drop out of it and your chacra pool will revert to 0.

~After fearther discussion by admen's, you have been approved for stats, including stat bonus's to make it more realistic to the show. you have the votes of ender, rus, and zyta. however; this is the only character aloud to be made with stat bonus's, unless any other users patition all admen's.~
