I hadn't run into a list here, when I was looking into the ordering. If anyone was curious, this should be the correct chronological ordering for the first 2 seasons, according to the dates on the episodes. Hidamari Sketch x365 01--------10-Feb Hidamari Sketch x365 07--------07-Apr Hidamari Sketch 11---------------28-Apr Hidamari Sketch 04---------------18-May Hidamari Sketch x365 03--------27-May Hidamari Sketch x365 SP 02----06-Jun Hidamari Sketch x365 10--------08-Jun Hidamari Sketch 03---------------17-Jun Hidamari Sketch x365 12--------08-Jul Hidamari Sketch 06---------------14-Jul Hidamari Sketch x365 06--------30-Jul Hidamari Sketch SP 01-----------11-Aug Hidamari Sketch 02---------------21-Aug Hidamari Sketch SP 03-----------26-Aug Hidamari Sketch 09---------------04-Sep Hidamari Sketch x365 11--------28-Sep Hidamari Sketch 07---------------12-Oct Hidamari Sketch x365 08--------13-Oct Hidamari Sketch 10---------------03-Nov Hidamari Sketch SP 02-----------27-Nov Hidamari Sketch 12---------------25-Dec Hidamari Sketch x365 13--------10-Jan Hidamari Sketch 01---------------11-Jan Hidamari Sketch x365 02--------06-Feb Hidamari Sketch x365 SP 01----10-Feb Hidamari Sketch 05---------------13-Feb Hidamari Sketch x365 OVA------24-Feb Hidamari Sketch 08---------------13-Mar Hidamari Sketch x365 04--------16-Mar Hidamari Sketch x365 05--------25-Mar Hidamari Sketch x365 09--------05-Aug |

Pretty good stuff here, but for those who are watching the shows for the first time, I recommend watching in the airing order, everything is more fun and interesting this way. Just my two cents. |

Just my two cents. Hopefully he does Honeycomb too, if it's going to be the same non chronological order as the rest. |

Yup, for rewatching is okay and is good to get a new perspective for everything, either regarding the difference you can notice in the animation from each season (the second one was "shafted" more thoroughly) to the pace in the relationship of the characters. It's sweet. |

This is going to be insanely helpful. You definitely gain one Otaku level for posting it! Thanks a ton, Centent. |

Well, as has been noted elsewhere, Hoshimittsu was kind of a blend in that things that happened in the new year are shown in order, while things that happened in previous years happened out of order. Looking at the list for Honeycomb now, it looks like the second part of episode 5 is between the two parts of episode 6, but that's it, and it's possibly because the two parts of episode 5 each focus on a resident who's in the same year as the other. I can already see one disadvantage to watching episodes in order: at some point, you watch x 365 episode 13, in which they make their first shrine visit of the year, and then you watch season 1 episode 1, where they spend, IMO, way too much time recapping it. |
