Thats a pretty simple thread...but very usefull aswell.

So, here we can dicuss the upcomming LE's : who is going to make it, who wants to help, what are dealines to each LE (in that case we wont have a problems that someone was willing to help but was not ready in time cause of not knowing the time LE gonna be opened). Aswell, it can help out to make more group projects in this club.
Also this theme is for talking about fresh ideas, huge LE projects and other stuff...

I guess it would be way more comfortable to talk here instead of re-typing same thing in personal to each of admins.

Anyway, i guess the basic idea of this thread is well-known by everyone.

btw note to all admins - in case you want cards from any of my LE's - leave here a note about it. I always keep the samples of cards.

Badge? Hmm...well, you want to give some special rights for those who will have badge (like request more cards and so on) if they match the requesting rules - or it will be a badge as like free for everyone and without any bonuses if you have it?

Ok =) Then i guess you need to think of the rules for people to recieve the badge.

Also, still no news from BT-kun? Coz we have a top 10 and hatsukoi made by him... =\

The most common are "you must have XX amount of cards from the club" or have cards from certain editions.
Maybe something like 50 cards from the club or if they have cards from 10 different "character of the week" editions? Something like that. Amount of cards can be changed since its just an example =)

Also, about BT-kun... i guess we should remove his cards from the TOP 10 edition and i will re-make the hatsukoi myself.

UPD. Made a list of Previous Editions - might be helpfull. Cleaned a dead useless topic with only 2 answers, shouldnt be a problem i hope ^^

Ok =) You can have both rules at same time aswell - like 50 cards or 10 characters (not cards, but 10 different characters from weekly SE) =)

You are welcome - that topic is pretty usefull for me aswell - so we can see which cards/styles were before, which editions were done and which we might be doing again =)

Also, what about Calilia? Made her admin? (since MAL update that stuff pretty slow) - she is active and im sure we will work just fine all together ^^

And to have 50 card... should be fine? Its pretty easy to get them i think - i have twice much i believe (even though alot of cards i made myself o_O so they dont count)

@ Saito-chan: no, i think 50 is ok. i just counted - have more than 50 already without my own...so people who are way longer in the club will have about 70-80 =) just leave 50 card - its ok ^^

@Calilia: next week? mm, ill try =) not sure if i will make alot, but you can count on me with at least few cards *ill make guys for sure ^^ *

Anyways, some sort of though came up in my mind. Should we make topics with OMC / badge and character nomination as sticky? (so they will always be on top of list)... And maybe delete the topics with votings for each week? Im a little getting lost where the topic with request and where with votings?
I mean - delete them after voting is completed and there is a going-on edition dedicated to that character already?

You don't need to delete them. Just let them stand in the forum.

To get a better overview you can make a topic/thread sticky.

You can count the winner with Microsoft Office Excel. It's much easier then count them one after one.

I will busy 'til next week. I though about Futurama LE, because it's not an anime and it's unique to have cartoon cards here ^^

I guess i will delete them since there is no use for topics with votes after the edition is opened (or even passed) - dont think someone will cry over loosing few posts oO

As for newsletter - hmm, well, i think people keep an eye on the club all the time and we have all editions filled with requests during 2 days for sure. So im not really sure they need news to be recieved to know whats going on in the club =)

Well, if you already made cards, save them. We can open a PART 2 some time later aswell (since it seems the theme is pretty popular)

Im going to start the project of Shounen-ai / yaoi anime/manga editions.

Next gonna be Gravitation. Edition will be out next week.

btw after shounen-ai i was thinking of shoujo-ai aswell (any interest here? ^^) and later on my real obsession - sport anime.
