It was an average anime, however the ED is catchy and it had its moments of lolz. 6/10 |

I liked it. Nothing great, but still better than some other comedies out there. |

Reminded me of how I laughed at Mars of Destruction's failure. Nothing's funny at all. If it wasn't for Sugita, I was going to score it 1. |

That... was 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back. There was nothing funny about it at all, and it was mind-numbingly boring. |

This so-called 'comedy' made me smile only once - when I heard Norio Wakamoto's voice. As a whole - it's totally unfunny, and characters designs and animation were crappy. I didn't think that I would ever give another 1 ('Mars of Destruction'), but... I just had to. |

This show just made my day. Anyway, graphics is pretty bad for OVA, this reminds me of early "School 13" style. 'Spelunker-sensei' makes fun of the game flaws. If you NOT played the Spelunker, not tried beat the game, and not f*cked up with endless deaths from the smallest hit, you'll never understand humor. 10/10. C-C-COMBO BREAKER!! Great, there's a special requirement to understand the humor in this one? o_O I'm not critical of your assessment because you might as well be right, reading from most of the posts here ahead of mine, maybe that's why most of us didn't get it. >_< |

When I started watching this, I say...what the f*ck was all these dying constantly. When I saw the ED with the game this OVA was based off and a comment from here, I remember this game. Heck, I even had the chance to play the game in the past. The game itself is not very engaging. The easy death of the chara was a bit turn off to stay long in playing this game. Man, I am remembering it now. The constant dying without explanation (even in the game there's none) totally turned this OVA like into crap. The story seems senseless. But yeah like others said, the VA cast was the one good thing here and I think also a bit of the bg music. |
