| I would love it, but it probably won't happen unless a DVD or something like that comes out (not even sure if it has come out already). And even if it comes out there are way too many episodes like Spawnen said, it probably would be too much work... |

| this show looks like a lot of fun but i haven't had much luck finding it. the first two episodes are subbed and apparently "random" others, as well as the movie. maybe there's hope in the future? if anyone ever finds anything i'd greatly appreciate a PM |

| This show is quite popular in Japan but seems it was released in very few countries outside Japan. Lucky, where I live (Portugal) we had this great tv show, I think around 2006 or so. We had the Spanish dub with Portuguese subtitles. I can speak 3 languages fluently: Portuguese, English and Spanish. So if there is enough interest, I could try to subtitle some episodes from the Spanish dub of this great anime in English. I know many of you prefer the original Japanese audio but 1) I can't find it anywhere on the internet and 2) I can't speak Japanese. Cheers. |

| Didn't realize there was a torrent for the Spanish dub, it's missing 70 episodes (not that it matters that much anyway) but might be worth a try if the quality is good, I loved this series as a kid. |

| I doubt these episodes will ever get translated, status basically same as almost year ago. Nothing much new. I guess current translators team doesn't have enough guys, sad. Heard they have basically all raws from anime (original jap language!), only 1 episode missing. IMO they should pass raws for next team to work with them, episode raws in japanese, really, I bet many other teams could do better faster. This anime is hidden gem, seriously. First 4 episodes subbed, then it goes to 24, 32 and then many 3xx episodes, lol. IMO they should started from start... |

| I still wish we get eng subs in the future... as long raws will survive it's still possible someone to start it with team. Manga could be also nice, but sadly nobody want work for these oldies. |

| I really want people to see this anime man. I am sure it'll be a big hit but there's no one who has all the episodes. It's the godfather of gag anime and like gintama it will make you laugh like a maniac and cry like a baby. Please help me find the episodes and tell me where i can upload them after i sub them. I've watched almost all the episodes but not all the episodes even when i think I did, i find a new one just like last night.. If anyone has the whole series, ova specials and movies please talk to me. I'm willing to pay you very hadsomely for the complete set. |

| 12 years since this thread made still this anime not got any sub. I think all raw episodes of kochikame is available on Japanese streaming site abema tv. Hope anybody will sub this great anime. |
