| Yay Jintan goes to school, really like his school attire, though just a bit short live. Jintan and Anaru's classmates should learn to mind their own business when spreading false rumors around the school. I give points to Jintan for taking Anaru away from the school. Somehow a good progressing character for Jintan. Damn visiting Menma's parents can be a bit tough for the three of them. Yukiatsu has some charms for being popular from the girls, which makes Tsuruko a bit uneasy... And yet another drama in the end about towards near at the end, but a nice close up to Anaru thanks to Jintan :D. |

Ahhhh, Menma, you're so sexually oblivious :P And Jin-tan getting excited at the end xD Holy shit son! Jin-tan was champ right there in the class. That speech was so awkward, but how to defeat awkwardness other than being even more awkward? :P Though, the school direction really failed on that one, humiliating a young girl like her, that's really horrible. |

| I just realized I'm not watching this in hd and it looks amazing. Props to the animators. And not that it'd help with the students and rumours, but anjou could have called yukki to have him explain what really happened to the teachers. |
| Jintan saved Anjou from the rumors. It was pretty awkward. xD I think Menma's mother knows something. That look in her eyes when Jintan, Anjou, and Poppo visited was pretty suspicious. I'm curious as to what's written in the diary. It seems like a plot ticket to me. I've been thinking for awhile that Menma's wish might be for Jintan to confess to her and/or apologize for what happened that day. Otherwise, Tsuruko and Yukiatsu might be on to something, seeing that they remembered that Menma called everyone out to the secret base that day to talk about something. ...Hm, I wonder if that thing she wanted to talk about is why she chased Jintan, and further why she blew Yukiatsu off to talk about his confession later. If that's so, what she wanted to talk about must have been pretty important. That girl who wanted Tsuruko to deliver a letter to Yukiatsu was acting all shy until Tsuruko refused. Beware the quiet ones indeed. .-. That was the first nosebleed scene that I've ever found humorous. Cool episode. |

| Ah, what Jinta did to deflect attention away from Anaru was nice but uh ... still pretty embarrassing the way he did it XD They visit Menma's house and manage to get her diary ... then the conversation between Tsuruko and Yukiatsu - seems like they're pretty close huh? :P Plus it seems like the reason they all met that day when they were kids was Menma's idea ... maybe that's related to her "wish"? :O Well either way, seems like Menma has some interesting ideas about wanting to be (not) forgotten, and well I'm surprised that they never visited her house before! I guess they were kids after all? Oh well, looks like next episode the diary will be read and looks like Jinta talks with Yukiatsu and Tsuruko too. Looking forward to it :D I guess that's one good thing about watching after it's aired, no need to wait lol :P |

| He finally had his first day of school, with the exception of their orientation week lmao. He didn't last a whole day but he defended Anaru in a way only a real man would dream of~ Her not minding Poppo's porno mags and manjuices was hilarious, not to mention her casually wearing her usual nightwear at night. It's been so long since they've went to Menma's house but her mom took it surprisingly well. Menma wanting to be forgotten so she won't make her mother lonely anymore made me tear up and Jinta's perspective made sense until the nosebleed lol. Tsuruko and Yukiatsu remembered a big lead that can reveal Menma's wish! |

Are Japanese schools like that when a student is seen in a situation like Anju's? And no sight of her mother. Naruko should just get rid of her two friends. Awful people. |

| That "School! AAAAAAAHHHH" moment at the start of the episode was so funny. And it was refreshing to see a genuine nose bleed in an anime for once. They still made a joke about it in the end but still. |
| Pretty good episode. The way the school was talking about Anjou had me feeling angry but Jinta swooped in and stood up for her! What a great guy! A thought occurred to me and I realized that if Jinta had not gone to school that day, Anjou would have been left all alone and she would have been bombarded with rumors and gossip. I'm glad he made up his mind. Anjou is my favorite so far I think. The part where Menma was explaining to Jinta almost made tear up a little. She felt angry towards Jinta for visiting her parents house because she thought that it would bring up bad memories for her family. Menma wanted her family to forget her so they could not feel anymore pain about the fact that she passed away, and thats the part that hit me hard. It made me think about life in general and wonder what kind of emotional impact we would leave behind once we die. Is it wrong to want to be forgotten? Would you want to be remembered even though it causes pain for our loved ones? |
| It was nice to see Jinta standing up for Anaru at school. I know how it feels to be wrongly accused for something and be talked about for it at school. At least she had somebody who could help her there. Also it's strange to see Hamtaro and One Piece (from the previous episode) being referenced by their actual names, and yet have Pokémon be parodied. Also what the hell was with the random nosebleed thing at the end? I guess the staff thought the episode had gotten a bit too heavy for people or something? |

| That was a good move from Jinta when everyone just kept talking about Anaru like she was some kind of whore. How disrespectful, especially seeing that they only heard it and had no proof or evidence. Also, it might be just me, but does it make sense that somebody saw her near the love hotel and somehow summed up that it was a student of that school? I mean, she wasn't even wearing her uniform. But yeah, good move from Jinta there. I found Menma's mother expressions to be... intriguing. I'm not sure what it is, but she wasn't fully happy or sad when they came over. Especially that scene with Jinta looking back at her mother's face, I think that was a hint. Seems like Yukiatsu and Tsuruko realised what could be an important piece of information, that Menma had gathered them that day to ask for advice. It seems everybody else forgot this. |

| anjou's class talking about her almost made me almost cry, and her trying to distract herself by writing what she's thinking seriously pushed me but jintan saying "LOOK AT ME" was just so much of a shock. chad move btw. that was great, him trying to distract the class from talking abt anjou. looks like anjou's friends are also worried? still dislike them but whatever. jintan yelling at menma at the end was great too |
