| I hope I wasn't the only person to get confused after the weird beginning didn't switch to normal after three minutes and decided to glance at a random part at the end just to make sure I was watching the right show. Most epic origin story for hair accessories ever! I look forward to Yuuko's odd sound effect whenever she's shocked. Her "aaaaaaaah..." definitely isn't the usual 'shock' sound I hear in anime. It's like "Oh shit" + "Nooooooo!" + monotone of all things. |

| One of the best, most random, and funniest, episodes thus far. A dream of Mio's epic wooden cubes - lol. Not to mention he "bamboo sprouts" gag, that was awesome. |

| Epic dessu of a villain, I loved it! The beginning was so random, but hey, that's just Nichijou! When they showed the cubs I was like: DOH, Mio! How obvious can you be! Ah, how funny, but I have to say that this was less epic than previous episode with the deer principal fight. Although the epic dessu trip made me lol when getting food from outside.. |

| First of this series is just amazing! For the past 7 episodes I had nothing but laughs and excitement. The OP every time makes me excited and laugh. This is truly amazing and I must say this pawns K-ON anytime! In its presentation but most of all its variations between Hakase/Nano/Sakamoto and Mio/Yuko/Mai. A true joy and perfection with art variations that are marvelous not in the sense of perfection but of simple presentations and their effective delivery. Best of all it's a pure joy away from the ecchi stuff and repeating gimmicks of other animes. I don't bitch because it ain't solving nothing in other animes about their elements but TBH this series there is no elements I dislike and in fact love everyone one of them. I rate it 9/10 for now to see how much variations it will bring but by the end it could be a easy 10/10 Master piece! On to the episode. At first I really wondered if I am watching the right series because of the sudden blimp in the air, this family portrait of a Elfin family, some guy drinking wine in the blimp named Dolph with soldiers strangely looking like janitors and a actual king of the name Albert. That is not to mention that Dolph looks totally a nut case and rather mister fast finger. Well by the time he is portrayed here, he really is crazy. Still the best for me was Princess Starla in the following,  she is too adorable and in the following spoiler Face palmy face is palmy in the following,  as Yuko just realizes she was the only one in the train good gag considering that Mai got a laugh out in the spoiler Another good gag was Mio' sister teasing Nano and this is good because it shows the fusion of 2 different sides in this series to meet each other for multi possible joke variations. It was great to see Nano be all happy that her key got disconnected in the spoiler Again in another segment Nano sees the girls again and Mio realizes her sister is not crazy after all but this is just another example of side fusions. I still do wonder what this guy was doing out there but this scene does remind of something. Now if I can only find out where. There was another reference during the time Hakase turns the TV on but also not sure from the voice of the TV where it comes from in that part. Anyway great episode and the ones before that. Had great LOL and ROFL at some parts. |

| First part I was wondering if this was really Nichijou ... THEN THE CUBES FELL (well obviously but I still burst out laughing when he knocked the mover) ONTO MIO'S PIGTAILS. LOL XD Ah ... poor Yukko ... getting WASABI for a birthday present then not being able to open it lol XD Also getting onto the train by herself ... oh lol, she has some funny faces XD So that's what the growing things are in the OP ... Aha, the sensei was funny :P Nano met Mio's older sister?! It'd be interesting to see what it would be like if the two sets of characters met each other ... |

| I'll talk here before I go off and watch the next episode. I really liked the opening skit.I thought it was very clever. The whole thing had a Laputa feel to it. Of course, the Big Bad dies from tripping, the Princess forgets about the cubes, and a random lacky picks them up and accidentally pushes them to earth. Mio's pigtail holders can unlock a deadly ancient weapon. How awesome is that? Also, a tiny version of the hot air ballon is visible at the end of the Nichijou ending. I thought it was cute. (I prefer to think of the skit as real life instead of a dream, it's much more fun). My other favorite skit was Mio's sister teasing Nano. I feel sorry for her, really, but if the key could be that easily removed then why didn't she do it before? I'd like to see more of Mio's sister, she's a hilarious character. Helvetica Standard is either flying way over my head or is just too weird to be funny to me. I thought the first skit of this was amusing but. . . eh. The ending sounded the same to me. Was there really a different version? |

Didn't enjoy this nearly as much as the last episode. And I really didn't enjoy the first seven minutes. I hardly laughed at all through the entire episode. I gotta give this the the thumbs down. |

| Probably one of my favorite episodes, although I was scratching my head at the beginning, but as soon as I saw the first wood cube I knew that I was watching the right thing. So it seems that the girls will eventually meet each other, interesting, I thought they would keep this separate. A huge lol at Yuuko being the only one catching the train. Almost everyday I see a random person making fun of himself in one way or the other, trying to catch the subway. I have given it up long ago, doesn't worth the public humiliation. "Mirakuru-beam!" I see what you did there KyoAni, nice. 5/5 for this episode. Edit: I like the new version of the ending, but I still prefer the original one. |

| Shame about not having the OP, it felt kinda empty being replaced with the beginning scene, although it was great when the cubes fell on Mio! I just love Ms. Sakurai and especially Nano to pieces in this ep. So cute. |

| Subpar episode this time around. Sakamoto is always cool but, beyond that, the majority of the sketches were not very funny. On a more positive note, the a cappella version of the ED was quite nice. |
