Liked the facial expressions of Kaiji and Ohtsuki esp. in their "Aren't I generous?" face. Cant' wait for the next ep. BTW, 1st time creating an episode thread. :) |

| What an amazing episode. This is what I was waiting for. Those little showdowns between Kaiji and manager were executed brilliantly. The 'In Your Face' moment was purely awesome. Episode ending with Kaiji luring Ootsuki just as planned reminds me of first season and it's epic moments. Can't wait for the next episode to see how Kaiji is planning to take him down. Though, I got some ideas about his plan, but I still wonder what's the trick with those dices. I would probably need to analyze that note book for this. Anyway, knowing Kaiji, it will be epic. xD |

| Gyah. The subs were fast for once, which I really appreciate, but the episode is so slow. Don't get me wrong, I love the Kaiji feel. The interactions are great, the extreme bullying is fun, and the visual touches are manly as ever. Still, this is a painful episode to watch. It's not like we didn't know the showdown was coming, and the plan hasn't been revealed at all yet. We all want to get to the gamble, and putting an entire additional episode in front of it is mean even for Kaiji. |

| Wow, just watching it. I was grinning like an idiot during the whole show. Madhouse did a good job building ootsuki as a complete bastard. But, that doesn't mean i dislike ootsuki. I like his character even more now. Don't worry kaiji, i still love you. Ootsuki isn't just one of the bad guys that you want to punch him in the face, but deserves a kick, LOL. Just seeing his fake smile makes you shiver. Every expression of him is bad for your stomach, something that other shows bad guys lack. FKMT and Madhouse are such geniuses. I can't wait to see the next eppppppp Score : 6,9/5 |

No build up to the battle, no emotions from the viewers. Just going from battle to battle kills the mood of the series. Slow episodes showing daily life is almost always a good way to hype up the showdown. Admittetly, episodes like these are better when you're watching a completed series. Still, I'd rather have to wait a weekend than having the narrator go "2 MONTHS LATER, THEY FACE OFF AGAIN" at the very start. Episodes like these make the final battle all the more exciting, even if you knew it was coming. It also adds to the realism, which is something Kaiji needs. Having more than just "battle 1", "battle 2", "battle 3" adds substance to the show. |

| I expected Kaiji to do something crazy with the beer, but he went beyond my expectation. I expected him to smash the glass on the ground or something. Kaiji sure love to be miserable. But badass Kaiji is badass. He also built much of a reputation. With the no limit on the wagers, he can make a little fortune if he exploit the secret he knows. I wonder how the rest of the team will be implicated. |

Damn~! Ishida's son will never be the man his father was with that parasitic attitude. A lot of them looks like Ishida now that I think of it lmao Tonegawa got an evil twin too. I'm impressed that they actually managed to hold on until payday but the battle that will decide their fate is pure hype~ The battle of wits is about to begin! |
