not bad episode. we got to see something of Ryuu and the twins, and Ryuu is a good mother

I'm starting to see Ryuu in a whole new different way I think he's going to end up being my favorite character in the series besides Kei. I really like him now.. I can't wait to see what Kei's going to do to Hikari. xD;;

Can't wait for the next episode, too. Let's take a look on Kei and Hikari.

Ryuu finished his test perfectly in just 10 minutes. I think I'm jealous. :o)

I didn't get the flashback with Ryuu and the twins, but Ryuu totally PWNed this episode. Just because he's 7th doesn't mean anything!! Go Ryuu! <33

Man, everyone in the S.A. is in the same grade, right? Ryuu seems to be years ahead of Megumi and Jun.

Personally I thought this episode wasn't the most exciting but maybe that's because there wasn't as much humor nor Kei / Hikari love-love, the two things I signed up for. Instead, we get some vague drama-like substance which turned out decent at the end thanks to Ryuu's awesome factor.

Although, S.A. is trying really hard to be unrealistic. 1000 questions right in 10 minutes? I couldn't even write 100 free-response answers in 10 minutes, let alone 1000. It bugs me, anyway.

I suppose all the characters are a bit exaggerated to an extent. Akira's obsession with Hikari, Ryuu and Kei's true ability, Jun and Megumi's childishness, and of course, Hikari's density. She's blushing enough now that I HOPE she gets it ... but somehow I doubt it.

At least the last scene showing that Hikari lost was unexpected and well welcomed. I expected them to expand the fight out for another half an episode at the least.

damn ryuu was just amazing. if only we could do that during our school days....and yeah with a lot of eps still left.. doubt they'll close out on their relationship this early...unless we get a dcapo ii end or a nice boat, which i highly doubt will happen lol

but whatever, their dynamic is great. looks like there'll be some hikari raep next ep

He was pretty cool. After this episode I like him much more than before.

This was actually a good episode. I really liked seeing them show some more to Ryuu. It also wasn't as overdramatic as some of the other episodes.

It was nice to see a character other than Hikari in focus, and I think Ryuu's a really good guy -- I hope we learn more about him and the other members of SA in the future.

That said, this episode was just as ridiculous as others have been. I don't expect realism exactly, but finishing 1000 questions in 10 minutes? Um, are any of the Special A members, you know, human beings? Also, even though the competitor in this episode was rather daft, he did have a point. The SA receive a ridiculous amount of privileges just for getting good test scores. If SA was all comedy, I wouldn't mind it ignoring this, but since it gets so overdramatic at times about the importance of SA, it'd be nice if they dealt more with the elitist implications of that kind of system.

^^;; But I'm probably expecting way too much of a show that's mainly a romantic comedy.
